looks like ive been ripped off by 5against1- update

so I know I'm not the first and i was seriously reluctant to do this but 5against1- is at it again.
we traded my EV pick for his Dan McCarthy poster and he was mr. communication up until I sent the pick, and now hasn't even opened any of the PMs I've sent despite having been online, and I've contacted him on Facebook which was also ignored.
saddens me that I have to make a thread like this and I hope he makes it right. but as it stands it'll be a miracle if anyone trades with this guy ever again. I've had nothing but great experiences dealing with people here, and ive always tried to go a little further on my part, and I think I have pretty good rep, so I guess I was due a bum deal. Just wish I realised before I'd gotten involved on this one.

again, hope he makes it right, but at this point I'm doubtful.

beware of this guy and avoid if possible. but again, hopefully he makes it right.

    yup. wasn't aware of the previous mess he'd caused until i mentioned it to some friends.
    I'm two minutes shy of giving his name and address out to be honest.

    Smithnic punked me on here. Only bad experience ive had though. Got me for $100. I guess you just got to hope people call out the bad eggs, so they can't do it to anyone else. But, wouldn't you hate to have those tricksters karma? It'll catch up to them...

    he hast opened or responded to any mails, despite repeated attempts to get in touch. I even got his phone number and txtd him, still no luck.

    he'll no doubt turn up soon as he did last time claiming ignorance or a meteorite landed on his house of something.

    just hope nobody ever trades with him again.

    In the hundreds of trades ive done, I've had two posters ever, go astray(according to those waiting on them) so odds are even that they were either lying, or they actually did get lost.

    Everyone deserves one at least. Three, ok I agree that's too many.

    My opinion of the list is its a joke. One buy/sell/trade and you're on it? Everyone knows who the good people are. Sorry you got burned dude. I think this forum has gone downhill. It's pretty much the same people flipping stuff all the time. I don't care if I get another warning or not. But everyone has to notice beside me. There are only a few people I would do business with. Lost Dogs is a fucking waste now.

    I think before you trade with any member it's now necessary to check the good trades list and even if they're on it see the last time they were recommended. Failing that ask around your immediate contacts first.

    As for Dave he's a great bloke and always generous and straight up and when this happens it does devalue the validity of this forum. I absolutely believe the mods should allow for the retention of a bad trades list
