    I have absolutely no problems going on my own - I've just never really gone to a concert on my own and thought maybe there's someone else here who will be in one of those sections or something. Worth a try anyway ;)

    Maybe there might be a hunky italian (or whatever nationality) on either side of you!

    Of course we are (or are we???). You know... you get to meet all kinds of nice people when you're on your own. You might strike it lucky!

    Palcosconico = the stage.

    Ingresso platea = the place where you get inside the arena.

    The only PJ gig ive ever seen, I was on my own. On top of sitting in the heavens, at the MEN, and the sound being shit, and the crowd sitting quiet, and being able to see thousands of fans jumping and dancing in the GA section, it was pretty crap.

    So, for Dublin, Madrid and Leeds il have the missus in tow, but for Lisbon and the Italian trips ill be travelling alone, but have made some good contacts on here with others travelling alone and I cant wait to meet these new people and find someone I can at last have a PJ conversation!

    Once were all out there, i cant imagine us not helping each other out with travel and tix or help in anyway. If i see someone on their own, with a PJ shirt on, then im saying hello!

    Heinnken Helen, I will be there all alone, well have friends going but they are in the posh seats, i'm zone d/e unreserved up there with the gods looking down at the mortals. sound wise good seats view wise good seats, + if you get in at right time you can get reasonably low down and feel surrounded.

    i'm not an italian bronzed hunk... more of a pasty celt.

    i've also got a spare for B/G if anyone needs it. see i don't think they're too bad coz you're quite close but i'd be worried one on sound as over on one side and two on view if there is a covering over stage. but still good me thinks.

    That counts! You started off on your own (and were totally paranoid, if I remember well!). There'll be a meet up before the show in Verona - you know that!

    I dont know, its 10C, and its not mine. I got the other Italian shows but missed Verona, so set up atrade with a guy from the US on here who is doing the Italian tour but needed some of my other 10C spares. He has a long term membership, so Im hoping the seats will be really, really good.

    I wish... with school just starting up again and my daughter starting secondary, September is out of the question for me, I'm afraid. Will be in Antwerp, after Dublin.

    Don't know how many from the 'Astoria Crew' are going. I know that the two scots (ID and Amsterdam) are going but besides that... The Antwerp thread is very quiet at the moment. It'll start up nearer the time.

    I'm doing a family visit at the same time (kill two birds with one stone!).

    Do you remember where she was from??? Yeh, it's pretty nice there. Dull to grow up in but I like it now when I go back and there's a lake around every corner and stuff like that :)

    I'm just doing Verona... probably! I did Astoria and I'm doing Dublin obviously. Can't get more time off and Verona's on a Saturday so I'll just go for the weekend.

    :confused: Not sure I know any sharps! Lol, em Cavan's quite a big county, takes about an hour and half/two hours to drive from one side to the other, full of lakes and drumlins (bits of hills) so em... take your pick :D
