    However, I will say that one result of me not requiring the FDNY's assistance with my turkey today is that now I have to do X-mas dinner. for that occasion I am doing things MY WAY, with food I will actually eat.
    Which means I will have Chinese on speed dial. :)

    i did burn the shit out of my index finger and thumb cuz i'm stupid.

    I also sliced my hand open trying to open a stubborn bottle of seasoning with a scissor. Also cuz I'm stupid.

    Deep fry has to be done outside? I've just realized the only time I've ever seen those deep fry turducken videos they were outside.
