Not angels, per se...but I do believe our spirit, our energy, lingers about and comes around from time to time after death.

I've felt/sensed my father since he died.

Was it my perception or real?

I don't know, but it felt real. So I guess for me it was.

I had this experience with my grandmother too...and have had the same thought about it being her energy. It felt very real
