Amazing! was front row center, Ed splashed wine on me then filled my cup during Rockin In The Free World. If anyone has video of that, I'll sell my soul!! I was in the PJ blue and Orange jersey!

I started to worry that he was gonna ask me to autograph it and then there would be the awkward moment when I would just be able to initialize it. The setlist needs to be edited as Low light was also played seated.

Cool! When was Low Light played in the set?

  • An absolutely fantastic show! I was behind the stage and had a great view. It is fun to watch the communication between the band members as the are playing from this angle. After Indifference, I could see Eddie ask Jeff if they should do one more. So I kept waiting for someone to pick up their guitar. I just did not want this night to end!

marathon of a weekend...security and staff there great

Lots of waiting in line with great fun people...GA breeds a bit of tension, but tried to keep everything in perspective...

    MUDHONEY
like the jams and crude creativity

    Small Town...expected but still great
Jeremy...never think i want to hear Jeremy, but when they played it it's awesome
Off He Goes seated and mellow was a highlight (EV tossed me a pick...sweeeet)
Low Light (seated and chill version; just what I needed to survive GA) GRRRRRRREAT
Ghost (we need moooorrrre Jeff stuff on new album please) WOW
Severed Hand (cool 'trippy' light show) AWESOME
Kick Up the Jams...Mark was beating the crap out of Mike...literally...my head was about to explode

leaving stuff out, but still need to digest all that happend

MIKE was a complete FREEEEEAAAAK...chanelling the innerpunk...he was bouncing off the stage like a trampoline (as usual) ;diving all over the place(unusual)...I think he has taken the FTM...total PUNK (haircut to heart)
VERY NICE to see Jeff get lots of attention & recognition for all he does for PJ

    Fantastic
  • Did anybody else love Fortunate Son? CCR means a lot to me so it might have been highly subjective but I thought it was great.

Got back to Calgary about an hour ago and I still can't get over how awesome this show was. 5th time seeing the band and easily my favourite show. Honestly, having seen Indifference live I could die happy now.

Great show, well worth 16 hours of driving in 2 days.

Wowsers. Fantastic night. Agree with the previous sentiment that looking at the setlist you may not be blown away but if you were there you were indeed floored by the energy, the environment and the show. Had the bwst seats ive ever had or ever will have for pj, i felt like i was on the stage with the band. I think it all clicked what was happening during off he goes. May have been my favorite song of the night. Later on there were times i felt like o was about to pass out from going nuts. We shook the railing off its screws on the bleacher in section 110. We did the meet and greet before and it way surpassed my expectations. Those guys were so down to earth, so cool and genuine. Great experience. Its just funny how you say to yourself "eh alive, daughter etc im kinda over these songs" and then halfway thru it you just cant help yourself loving it. Just a great night. My buddy got a peace sign sent back from mike and ed pointed at my ny shirt at one point. Its so cool how these guys go out of their way to acknowledge the fans that love them so. Great weekend in montana.

  • It is true what others are saying about the setlist not telling the entire story. This was my 16th show. My first concert since 2009. Not sure where this one ranks, but I do know that it was rockin' in the Adams Center. The energy level from the band, even with a sick Eddie, was off the charts. And the crowd was clearly grateful to have Pearl Jam performing at its own show in the United States.

That first set was top-to-bottom rock and roll. The trio of Not for You, State of Love and Trust and Jeremy was incredible. Ghost was well done for not being in the normal rotation.

Loved the Save it for Later tag on Betterman. Man of the Hour was a nice surprise.

Mike was on point all night. Dude just doesn't stop. The mohawk works well, too. Hilarious when Mark from Mudhoney tackled him during Kick out the Jams – which, by the way, is so much better in person. And Eddie is right, it will send this bootleg, when released, over the top.

I do think with a healthy Eddie the show would've been three or four more songs longer...maybe throw RVM in after Betterman. Perhaps Smile in the second encore.

    Regardless, definitely a memorable night.

Afroannie and I were in 207, about three rows from the back wall. Great vibe up there, lots of singing and as much dancing in place as could be done.

Loved the size of the venue.

Loved looking down and seeing the entire GA section rocking out, kept thinking they must all have been 10c members and complete diehards. :D the band must have loved that.

Montana: fucking gorgeous. Wish I had more time to explore.

Missoulans: nicest, friendliest folks anywhere. Although I'm sure I saw a look of fear in the eyes of the waitress at the steakhouse Saturday night when 30 of us showed up for dinner, mostly on time.

    Epic trip.

Ready for the next one, wherever PJ takes us.

 it was great meeting everyone! Steak dinner was great and the servers did a good job with a large and loud group! The press box Saturday night was a blast!! Well worth the full day's rest I needed Sunday before the show!

The whole crowd right to the rafters made it an unforgettable night for me. It was practically orgasmic. thanks again to cutz for getting me on that floor - I can't imagine doing my first show any other way!!

And you're right, Missoula and its people are amazing! I will be back when PJ plays here again. ;)

Seems like a great show. Congrats to all of those who have shared this. Not familair with local politics, but following the presidential elections on the foot: who is Jon he is referring to? Sorry for the (maybe) ignorant question.
