The venue was incredible, the people even better! Thought the meet and greet was going to be kinda cheezy, but it turn out to be really cool. Couldn't believe how nice all the band members were, very genunie awesome people. It was amazing seeing everone from all the different shows we went to in the past, had one of the best times EVer! Want to say "Thanks" to everyone Shan and I got to hang out with and hope to see everyone again real soon!!

Had a feeling Small Town would open the show. When it was the opener last year in Vancouver I was a little bummed, but it felt so right here, and getting the crowd involved in a sing-along right from the beginning set the tone for the evening...this was my 35th show and I don't think I've ever heard a louder crowd.

Finally getting to cross Ghost off my list was a highlight for sure, and the energy in the building from the band and the crowd made songs I've heard many, many times feel more...electric. SOLAT, Jeremy, and Why Go really stood out to me, and one of my favorite performances of Betterman ever, especially with the crowd singing at the beginning.

Off He Goes and MOTH always stop me in my tracks, even more so this time as my grandpa passed away in July...it felt like time stopped for a little bit during those...pushed the show to another level for me.

I thought for sure we would get Ledbetter to close, but Indifference was awesome...one of those songs that just sticks in your head for a few days afterwards.

No other live act comes close to this band...can't wait for the next gig!

My bracelet was too big and had fallen over part of my hand so he got it in his and looked at it...I quickly explained what it was and he gave me the BIGGEST hug and then took the bracelet to wear....this made an incredible night the most special moment for me. This was my first GA show and Edved007 and I decided to do the 5am pre-party in line...I would agree with the crowd for sure. The people we met all day were awesome and it was great to have 12+ hours so shoot the shit with everyone and trade stories and travel plans. Once we got in...same thing. No pushing, shoving, grinding, squeezing etc (at least not overly noticeable) and the security was spot on as well. They were ready for war and quickly found themselves around a 4 hour zen moment. They supplied water to the first few rows on the rail and helped the band connect with the crowd. ONLY COMPLAINT - One security guard decided that at the end of the show, when some of the stage crew threw out a few EV Picks...he really wanted one for himself so he picked it up in the unusually large pit between stage and rail while 5 or 6 of us were BEGGING for it and with a little "Hmmm...yeah, sorry guys, but this one is mine" smirk on his face, he slipped it into his own pocket. 1000% unprofessional. That guys gets "dick of the year" award.

This was my 16th show and I wouldn't trade the drive from Seattle, or the car trouble my friend and I had on the way back (causing me to get back a day later than planned) for anything. I've been fortunate to see so many unique PJ shows, and this one was no exception. To echo what most of y'all were saying about the setlist: definitely more to it than on paper, especially that acoustic set. Still gives me chills thinking about it. "Low Light" was perfection.

Looks like so many highlights that made this show so special have already been covered, but I would like to note that this audience was the best out of every PJ show I've seen- hands down.

Thank you, Ten Club, for the great seats, and thanks to the band and the audience for making this such an incredible night! Can't wait for the bootleg!

I don't think I have anything to add that hasn't already been said here.

The show blew my bean, and the crowd was exceptionally respectful. Having won many awards for being super introverted, I sadly didn't take the time to meet anyone. I'm hoping to change that when 10/31 rolls around and we're down in Vegas.

I stand corrected…. The “wine incident” was during the last bit of Kick Out The Jams, guess I was delirious from the thrill. Now that I’ve touched 5 states to get back home and had time to process my very quick 3 day trip to Missoula I just have to say a few things about the whole experience. The show speaks for it’s self, it was an awesome set, good balance I thought and the band really sounded great. Being front row I never would have guessed Ed was not feeling well until he said something, I personally don’t think it showed till the very end, he started to loose it a bit during Indifference. I saw Jeff mouth to him “Yellow Ledbetter??”, not sure what Ed said back, but I think that was the limit and his voice just couldn’t’ take it. Incredible show, but you do have to wonder if he was 100%.... I think this gig would have been elevated from incredible to legendary. I also knew the place was small, but it wasn't till I saw some of the pictures after just how tiny it was....felt like a big high school gym or field house, what an awesome quasi intimate setting....big enough to just rock, but small enough that I think everyone felt connected in that room.

The little acoustic “mini set” or first encore was certainly the highlight for me. Off He Goes and Man of the Hour are two of my personal favorites and to see them in that setting was a true blessing. Stone seemed more upbeat and smiley than usual, Mike…well Mike is getting more energy as he grows older not less, and Matt deserves a TON of credit, that’s the hardest working man in the band right there folks. You could tell Jeff was giddy to be playing a home town show, and you could also tell the others truly wanted to be there for him and make it great.

I could go on and on about the show but lots of people are doing that, what I will most take away from that weekend was how incredible everyone was in town and at the venue….hell, even before we got to town. We drove from Spokane to Missoula and stopped at a McDonalds in the middle of no where in a little mountain town. We are sitting there eating and a guy just comes up to us all friendly like and is like “Mind if I join you guys for lunch?” Who does that!....very cool.

The staff at the Adams Center deserves a HUGE thank you too. I was there at 4:45 a.m. to get my spot in line and every single person we encountered (with the exception of one dopey kid) was incredible. They made sure we knew what was going on, that we were comfortable; the process getting in was very orderly and safe. They constantly provided cups of water for us in the first row and were just very kind I guess is the word. Only disappointment was how far back the gate was from the stage, but according to security they have had some very very rough shows lately and wanted to make sure they had room to work when all the body surfers came flying over the gate (ha…right), they were prepared for Armageddon and it took all of like 3 songs for them to realize they weren’t going to have any trouble. One guard who started off as the typical “hard ass” was loving it by the end… he kept looking back to watch the show till his boss came over and gave him a firm “eyes on the crowd, not on the band”.

Had a blast meeting some people from the forum as well at our steak dinner on Saturday night, and having some beers around town with more of them and hearing some great stories.

Amazing weekend overall…that’s the stuff that keeps making me come back to shows and travel thousands of miles if need be to see them. Can’t wait for the next one!

Wish you would have shared the wine Ed gave you.....

Truck mentioned that - I totally noticed that and remember thinking how cool that must be for the fan who made him laugh like that. It was pretty pronounced; I think you'll be able to pick out the moment on the bootleg! Too bad you guys didn't get the song though! I would have loved to hear Dirty Frank too!!

Its been to long, since Indio CA, the show ROCKED! People we met made the trip even that much more. Saturday night at the Rhino met some real peeps, Big Mike, Francesca, the Drs. LOL from virginia or west virginia IDK, Fireman Chicago Craig and the local with the blind date. See you in phoenix the 4th of Nov.
