Actually the Czechs are unbelievable at getting pissed and still making it to work in the morning although it is regarded as socially acceptable to be late or miss work occasionally from a heavy night on the booze haha!
Still says "coming soon." That's not cool. I'd be pretty anxious right now if it weren't for 10c.

I found another good reasonable hotel in a great location near the castle I think called the golden horse, so i'm either going to go for this one or the abc one I Scot ID posted link too.
There is definitely a lot of truth about czech beer but from all strangers' mouths it sounds like myths because in most cases you don't know what you're talking about. Anyway, I'm going to check that out tonight myself, to see if it's still true.

prague is the greatest fucking city in the world. you can interpret my word choice however you want and it will be the way i intended it. i've lived in ny and london for the last 8 years but nothing compares to prague. i lived there for a year in 2000 and that place is like the goddamn wild west. i hate to say it but that is truly a place where a man can live out all his disgusting chauvinistic fantasies and get away with it. for example, i was at a restaraunt (Radost FX, Praha 2) and the waitress asked me to show her my dick for a free dinner (so, i did (after a few quick pumps, of course)). another example; i came home to my hotel one night around 4am and thought the receptionist was hot so i went right behind the counter and hooked up with her on the floor in the middle of the goddamn hotel. i'm not bragging or anything because i really have no skills, it's just that if you have balls (and some of the world's greatest beer in your system), you can do whatever you want and no one will care. it's definitely a man's world out there and although that is not PC, it's the truth.
another cool thing to do is to jump off the charles bridge in the middle of the night, then swim to the club Letna (lavka?) and walk through it completely soaking wet. they love that.
oh yeah, and the city is the most beautiful i've ever seen, by the way.

And it's not my experience but I know that they won't think too long whether or not they'll give away one well aimed kick straight into bollocks. So think twice before you do anything stupid.
