MLB network is going to air all his ABs. Looks like I missed the first one.

The worst part is sitting through a miserable white Sox game to catch a Bryant at bat. Who the fuck wants to listen to that troll hawk harrleson? He gone! I hate that shit.

Why wouldn't WGN just pick up this game and televise it? It's not big enough for them? Some super station.

Nationally? Not allowed. Only MLB, ESPN and Fox can televise games nationally.

They gotta make that Extra Innings money. I have spent more than a grand on the TV package over the years, I am sure.

I thought Wgn was a national station. I was under the impression that was why there were so many cubs fans across the nation.

So what you're saying is Wgn plays different programming for different parts of the country? Why do I get a cubs game in south Carolina sometimes?

They cut that out starting this year. No more Cubs/Sox/Bulls games on the superstation.

That's fucked up. So they are exclusively on CSN? What a worthless station now.

Can you buy the extra innings package for just one team? I have no interest in watching most teams. But if I could buy a package that was just 162 cub games per year, I'd jump on it.

The Chicago WGN still has games, but not the national one. Not sure how that all works out. But yeah, no more free Bulls/Cubs/Sox games nationally without getting one of the packages. I'm actually surprised that WGN was able to do that for so long.

Hammel has the only base hit so far. You'd think after 6 years of not having a fucking ounce of plate discipline, someone in the organization would make them work on that.

I didn't know there was a local wgn and a national wgn. I have no use for that station any more. I bought the directv sports package a few years ago so I could get Comcast sports chicago. I soon found out that ALL of the cub games were blacked out. So all I had was wgn. What a load of shit.

Blackout restrictions are just retarded in every facet.

I'm glad the nfl lifted those blackout rules. I'd bet that tv has never stopped kne person from ever going to any game in any sport.

When did channel 7 start airing cub games? Isn't that still an ABC station?

That must be his achilles. The inside pitch. They have pounded bryant all day inside. He looks very over anxious out there. He will bounce back from this and be fine.

They let the owners choose the attendance rate, but it has to be between 85% - 100% capacity sold otherwise it will be blacked out. Some teams still require 100%

Is that why Maddon was ejected? I'm following a damn live feed since I'm at work.
