I have some Pearl Jam stickers for trade for any World Series tickets. The tickets would have to be lower level though if I'm going to be trading stickers. No upper deck stuff. Let me know. It may take me a while to reply to all the PM's so be patient.

FYI, there are many bad seats in the lower levels at The Field. Not many bad seats at all in the grandstands. Anyone who spends time there knows the Best seats in the house are between first and third grandstand if you want 2 see everything. . And if you are serious about wanting to go you better call your bank...Good Luck

Ha, yeah I'm not serious. Would love to go though. I went to Game 6 this weekend so to me that would top any non-WS clincher game so I'm pretty content.

if any true Cubs fan sold or is going to sell his ticket to Marlins man he should have his ticket privileges revoked for life in my humble opinion.
  • Got my "GFY" email too. Don't know anybody who got selected.

My brother, sister and I are making the pilgrimage to Mecca this weekend.
It would be nice if they turned the big screen around and let us losers without tickets watch the game in the street.
The worst of times..they don't phase me,
even if I look and act really crazy.

Prices on Stubhub are coming down! Only $1800 for Game 3 SRO. Stub Hub fees are killer though.
  • Even those of us going without tickets, prepare to open your wallets. I definitely see Wrigleyville businesses trying to really capitalize.

I agree, that was the game to be at. You defiantly hit HR getting into that one. You get then legit, or did you have pay big?

I hear ya. 17% fees is bs, this big ticket games are a joke with that percentage. Just list what you actually will pay. Bs false advertising.

StubHub definitely gets their $. They take 10% from the buyer and then mark tickets up 17%.

For a ticket that someone buys for $3,000, StubHub keeps $700.

Good for them. Those tickets wouldn't be available to you and the seller would have less options. Supply and demand. If those tickets are outside the stadium you have so many more fake tickets and people getting robbe

Well Cubs fans, I'm guessing like me, for most of you this is the first time in your life you get to watch our Cubs in the World Series. Enjoy every second of it. I know I will!

Probably just chill at home with my wife and kids and quietly support them. I was raised a die hard Sox fan by my Mom who rooted them on. My Dad was (and still is) a Cubs fan. Mom wore the pants though so it was all Sox in our house! I saw my Sox win in 05'...35 years old and my son born a month before. Feels like yesterday and I may never get to experience that again. The die hard Cubs fans deserve it. My 89 year old neighbor/Cub fan needs to feel that joy once in her life. And who knows, with this team you may get a couple more. They're young!

He buys several tickets per game and gives the extras away to people who would never afford sitting in those seats. He's approachable, he greets fans, takes pictures, anyone who's ever met him has nothing but good to say, and above all he loves baseball. He is very active on social media but he also works remotely, so he's probably doing as much (or more) work as he is tweeting. He's not doing anyone any harm.

Schwar-Hammer!! His bat in the lineup really makes a difference in an AL ballpark. His AFL at-bats looked good.

the Cubs and Indian fans have waited over 75 years for this. he shouldn't be in those seats. let a real Cubs or Indians fan sit there for the World Series. He doesn't need to be on camera. if he just loves baseball go sit somewhere else. sitting where he does and wearing a Marlins jersey clearly shows he wants to be seen.
