Rich Hill? RICH FUCKING HILL throws 2 hit baseball through 6 innings?

I wouldn't be surprised if BENNY HILL 2 hits the Cubs tonight.

What do you see happening tonight?
Lackey has a pretty good track record in big games. If the Cubs can scratch out 3 runs or more they'll win.
    I hope you are right.
Tonight's game is the exact reason we signed Lackey. Let's hope Big Boy shows up.

I don't know if I want Arrieta pitching a game 7 if we get that far.

I don't know if I ever want to see Arrieta pitch for the Cubs ever again! Let's trade his "Ace Ass", and let Theo work his magic getting 2-3 prospects.

It's game 4 of the NLCS, and I am working on trading Arrieta! Hahahaha

Eerily similar to the 2008 playoffs vs the dodgers. Hitting like they have corn cobs shoved up their asses.

Would've given anything to have Soler at bat in that position instead of fucking Heyward. Heyward flat out sucks with the bat. It's sad everytime he comes up. That was an opportunity we couldn't waste.

Heyward might single handily change the way players are evaluated going forward. It's becoming obvious that these Sabermetric geeks have pushed their opinions way too far. Yes WAR among other stats our valuable ways to measure players value. But it's gone way too far. I laughed all last winter when fans and GM's valued Heyward more than Cespedes. I wouldn't have paid Heyward more than $12 million a season. Cespedes was worth what he got a then some. Put him in the Cubs lineup and I'm pretty sure this series wouldn't be down 1-2.

nah....I think his fingers were still in the air. pretty hard to overturn.

had safe been the initial call, it probably would have stood.

I agree...we do that occasionally. His hand took a long time to actually hit the plate. The only angle showing that moment could not have also shown the moment Contreras' mitt hits Gonzales.

Fuck yes! 4 straight clutch hits including Addison finally breaking out! Great bunt by Zobrist. Got the benefit of a terrible throw by Towles.

The corpse of Larry King out there with a flip phone?! Really! I noticed last night he couldn't be bothered to stand when everyone else was.
