    salsa

    4 large tomatoes or 1 large can of tomatoes

    1 small white onion - chopped

    2-3 jalapenos (to taste) minced

    1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped

    Juice of 2-3 limes - to taste

    3 cloves of fresh garlic - minced

    Salt - to taste

    Blench or chop the tomatoes to your preference (chunky or smooth)

    Add remaining ingredients, blend (smooth) or mix (chunky)

    Warm on stove top (optional)
