The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

why would anyone want to remove the everlasting goodness that is the yoke? :?
if one were to make fluffy waffles, you have to remove the yolk

yes but you do return said yolk to the waffles at some point, yes?
no :(
you need to whip 3 egg whites and then fold into the batter (which already contains 1 whole egg). The yolk has too much fat to help create the fluffiness you need. You can feed the yolks to Norm...they LOVE yolks, and it's good for their coat.
