Randy Johnson holds the record for career strikeouts per nine innings, with 10.61. Who is 2nd, averaging 10.32?

    Kerry Wood

Name the only pitcher to lead both the National and American Leagues in shutouts.

    In the SAME YEAR.

Two names came to mind immediately... Lee & Sabathia. One of those?

I wanna say the Padres. (They may be missing the No-hitter as well)

You got it. Poor Miami has never had one. San Diego had Kemp do it last year as their only one. Mets have quite a few.

St Louis Browns is the easy one... I know both, but let's see if anyone else can grab the other.

I know one was the St. Louis Browns. Franchise moved to Baltimore from StL in the early 1950s. Don't know the other name though.

Yeah, not too many people know this one...I've done a lot of reading on the deadball era and picked this up.

(Hint: it is another City not yet named, i.e., it is not a different name in St.L or BAL)

I'll guess the Cleveland Spiders, although I'm about 60% certain they were an NL team and just folded instead of relocated.

I am not good at pre-1901, but I think you may be right. The NL went from 12 to 8 at some point and I know one of the teams was Louisville.

In any case, it's not the Spiders that moved to St. L to become the Browns

Sounds Ruthian...but that just seems too obvious.

Who is the most recent player to hit a home run in their last Major League at bat?
(Hint: It happened on the next to last day of the 2015 season and another notable feat happened during the same game.)

Dan Struggla. Occurred during a no-hitter. I would guess Scherzer pitched it as he's the only Nat I recall throwing one lately.

Who was the only player to play in each of the cities the Braves were located (Boston, Milwaukee, Atlanta)? He was also on the cover of the first Sports Illustrated magazine.

No. He missed playing in Boston by 2 years.
