anyone look at the astoria setlist yet?

just my opinion but id much rather a setlist that incorporated songs from the new album throughout the show instead of one after the other....

    Space Needle

Buy tickets online and save money if it's a group of 6 or more. Price without the discount: $14, price if bought in a group: $12.60 person.

    $1.40 is a $1.40
Hold off on the Space Needle thing- I might be able to get us in for free, but I'm not sure about the large group thing. I have a friend from college who lives in Seattle, his ex works at the Space Needle, so he said he would see if she's still working there, and if so, he might get us in for free. I'll talk to him again when we get everything finalized.

And I'm DEFINITELY up for the baseball game... keep me informed on that. :)

I'm not surprised. This is a warmup show and the point is to see how the new songs play and fit in. I figure they get most of them out of the way and then on to the old standards.

    I disagree.

This was the setlist from the Showbox 9/14/96 also known as the debut of the Greatest Album Known to Man- "No Code"

Set 1 Sometimes, Hail Hail, Who You Are, In My Tree, Habit, Present Tense, Red Mosquito, Mankind, Off He Goes, Animal, Last Exit, Even Flow, Tremor Christ, Not For You, Immortality, Whipping, I Got Id, Leaving Here
Encore 1 Wash, Go, Dissident, Alive, Around The Bend

This is still one of my favorite boots ever.

I think it's better to play almost all the new songs live in front of an audience before a tour that way you can work the Kinks out.

Back when I first joined the board in 2002, I use it mainly to get info and barely posted, but I did swing alot of trades and made some friends who would spread around boots with people who didn't have as many. So I got most of the boots I own back in 02 and 03. I forget who I traded with to get it.
