michelob in cans stolen from some Dad's stash in the garage
and we cleaned the seeds from our weed using Led Zeppelin IV and a baseball card
Ours was Zeppelin IV & we'd stop playing euchre for a minute to use a card to "roll another" & drank beer because it was $5 a case, in short stubby bottles, you could open with your Bic, or teeth & then play caps

Close but they were little brown stubbies. I actually have one. I have got to figure out how to post pics here!!
A short story- Last year, in early April, my husband & I were walking thru a Provincial Park here in Ontario. They are mostly campgrounds and usually aren`t open until May but you can park at the locked gates & walk in. We saw a handful of others about, had a picnic, & were strolling down the road on our way out when I happened to glance into the leafless bush. There, on a stump, about 100 feet in was a little brown stubby bottle No label, full of debris, but in perfect condition & calling my name. No fricken way could this bottle have been sitting there for over twenty years. Brought me right back to 1980. If I put it to my ear, I can hear The Who & Zeppelin, smell the Acapulco Gold & the hairspray from our big hair
I grew up wearing Town & Country Surf designs clothing.
