Got great tickets for the Lowry show. Really like that venue, but I've only ever seen stand-up comedians there (Paul Merton and Stewart Lee).

Hasn't every single TOTD reunion down the years been CC turning up at a PJ gig? I think there's at least a chance it'll happen, however small. Ed turning up at the CC gig would be fine as well :D

I wonder when PJ will get to the UK? I could imagine Ed at Cornell's London or Birmingham gig. And I see no reason why Cornell wouldn't be in attendance on the 21st. Roll on June! :D

I'm going to Florence...would've preferred to do Verona, as it's much closer for me and I could've driven there and back and saved myself the hotel, but he only announced that date after I had bought my ticket...ah well, still going to be awesome I'm sure. :)
  • Got two pairs of second row floor tickets for Dublin in the presale. Happy camper! Going to London and Birmingham, too!

Hello! I'd be interesting in buying, please. I'm coming from India for the Pearl Jam Manchester + Isle of Wight gigs, and the Cornell gigs in London and Birmingham would be a fantastic addition!

Please do let me know how we can take this forward? PM me please.

    Thanks!

The venue in Verona looks amazing, I wish easy jet still flew to milan from Bristol! What's the Florence venue like, is it outdoors?

Ryanair flies directly into Verona, not too sure if from Bristol though!

Yes, it seems to be a small outdoors place, outside the new Teatro dell'Opera: http://s1.stliq.com/c/l/3/37/18446516_c ... ugno-0.jpg

Anybody recieved their tickets for Birmingham Symphony Hall show yet?
  • niallniall Posts: 244
I don't think tickets have been sent just yet. Sometimes the ticket agent will email you when they have been dispatched.
I'm really looking forward to seeing him in Manchester. The Song book album hasn't left my turntable. His voice.. his voice is brilliant on it. I think recently he's been sounding the best he has in years.
  • I have received London and Dublin in the post. Nothing for the Birmingham show yet.

Glad I'm not the only one waiting for Birmingham tickets! lol

I cannot wait to hear Cornell live, especially at the symphony hall, as it is classed as one of the best sounding venues in Europe, and it will start a summer of shows to rank up with the early 90s! I have been listening to Songbook and Unplugged in Sweden pretty much on repeat since the middle of last month!

    Cornell - 19th June Birmingham
    PJ - 20th June Manchester
    PJ - 21st June Manchester
Soundgarden - 13th July Hard Rock Calling
    EV - 28th July Manchester

Snap! Except seeing Cornell in Manchester. It is looking like a great summer. I haven't received Manchester tickets yet. They sent me a mail apologising for the delay about 6 weeks ago which I thought was early anyway. It would be nice if they showed up this week.

I have 4 extra tickets for Chris Cornell in London on Monday - 18/06

    Row: S (Stalls)
    Seats: 38-41

They were bought for friends coming from India, who have been unable to make it.

Please email --- if you'd like them! (as I'm traveling and won't be able to check the forum very often)

    Thanks,
    Anuj

You seem to have extra tickets for everything!

Yes, it's a real bummer! 7 of us made this plan to come from India for Cornell and Pearl Jam, but only 2 of us could make it.

    That is a shame.

I hope you haven't paid for all their tickets!

Gladly not, but I wouldn't want them to lose their money either :)

Sounds like he is sticking to the same set he has been doing. He was really mixing it up when he first did it.

Still waiting for the Dublin set list to surface!

It was more or less the same as usual. The 4 Temple mentioned, Black Hole Sun, Black Days, Burden, Blow Up, Highway, Doesnt Remind Me, Like a Stone, When Im Down, Sweet Euphoria (fan request), Can't Change Me, Scar on the Sky, As Hope and Promise Fade, Seasons, Sunshower, Scream, Ground Zero, Thank You, A Day in the Life, Imagine. Think that's them all (not in order obviously). Thank God for no Billie Jean! :D Great show overall.
