  • You sir are a bigot ....

If I note that Arnold Schwarzenegger was a California Governor of Austrian descent, is that racist as well?

The fact that Obama is of Kenyan descent is what eveyone recognizes as historic about his election.

Disagreeing with his policies and believing he's the worst President in the History of Fuckin' Up, is my right as a free citizen.

And please follow the posting guidelines regarding personal attacks and name calling.
    Name calling is not ok.
it is not your right as a free citizen to spout ill informed bullshit like he is a marxist and he is a kenyan. you are doing that simply to be a troll. you know it. and we all know it.

arnold was born in austria. obama was not born in kenya.

comparing obama to a marxist is an insult to marxists everywhere. i know that you know better than that...

Gimme, I said he was of Kenyan DESCENT.

    I said it twice.

One can be a descendant of, and native to, a country- just like Arnold.

Or, one can be a descendant of one nation, and born wherever their Kinko's birth certificate says so...

Descendant: key word. Some people act like if you say Obama is black, you've committed racism.

I laugh at such people.

Either way, its my own opinion, and I know it infuriates you that a free citizen can choose to believe what they want... sorry. Maybe a country with less freedom is what you're looking for...

I cant imagine how anything gets done with all the hate between these two parties. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

on Newt -- These people will say the craziest things. I was bracing for the circus to come to Florida because they know that a major issue is the space coast and the loss of jobs. So lets throw some shit out there and see what sticks. Hmmm, I cant think of anything but, OH! there's a moon up there we could fuck up!

I think he is a Marxist. So what? You think that's a good thing, so why deny it?

I don't know where the man was born, and neither do you. We only know what he says.

If he is a good leader, he will. That's what good leaders do.

His past history does not bode well. And perhaps the congress is hostile because......

    Wait for it....

    Waaaaaaaait for it...

No. It's that he is not Right.

I have no problem with the Obama criticisms, but what he is proposing and what he has proposed, historically speaking, is not radical. Put Obamacare side by side with the Republican plan from 1994/1995 and there are more similarities than differences. Raising taxes on the rich to 39.6%....please. Under Ike--91%, throughout the 60s and 70s, an average of 65%. That is the time when the middle class built this country, not during the 80s when the "coddling" of the rich began. The trickle-down dried up rather quickly. Under Ike the middle-class grew and built the infrastructure of this nation. So, Obama wants to rebuild and fix the crumbling infrastructure....NOPE! He has a "D" next to his name, and he is a radical n___r socialist, so we must stand in his way at all turns.

It's just plain foolish. Everyone is posturing.
I am embarrassed by the political climate in this country, in DC and on Main St.

Good points. Don't forget, Ike had a "R" next to his name. I think it had been up in the 91% area since FDR was president, I'd have to check just to make sure.

What's funny is - Obamacare will wind up doing the opposite of what it proposed - it will raise costs and also not add much coverage.

And what does any of this have to do with him being black? I don't think it's proper your use of the blanked out word. You are putting words into other people's mouths. And by doing so, you become the very thing you are pointing out. Just saying.... I couldn't care less what color he is or what party he's with. His actions and plans are recipes for disaster. I'm not particularly fond of either apparent Republican front runner either. But, I know he's not up for the job. I might as well give someone else a chance.

You are right. Obama care does suck. A single payer system is the only way to go. The reason Obamacare sucks? Because it is a republican idea. And the two yahoos leading the GOP primaries would only be worse than Obama on every level. If you are a republican that likes taking out terrorists, indefinite detention, and health care that benefits the insurance companies, you should stick with the best Republican candidate...Obama.

My use of the phrase "radical n___r socialist" was simple hyperbole and satire. He has openly been criticized as a radical, socialist, marxists, kenyan, etc. The "N word" is not far from the mouths of those insulting him. That is simply reality. I have heard people call him n___R.***** Racism is alive and well in this country, and while I am not saying that the criticism of Obama stems from his skin color, there are surely those out there who do hate him because he is black.

****In a small NC town, a man was buying cigarettes in front of me at a gas station mini-mart. When told the price of the cigarettes, the man exclaimed, "damn, these prices keep going up! If that nigger keeps adding taxes to everything, I'm gonna shoot his ass."

I am not overgeneralizing, but just relaying a story. This is not an isolated sentiment.

It seems highly hypocritical to me to call for "Economic Equality" and then turn around and say one segment of the population should be taxed differently.
The only people we should try to get even with...
    ...are those who've helped us.

If Congress refuses to get anything done, and if Obama does something that the people actually want, then let him use executive orders. If such powers exist, let it happen; if Congress hates it then too bad, its in the Constitution. Past Presidents have used wayyyyyy more executive orders than Obama.
