it's been fun listening to all the excuses that the ravens fans have for losing yesterday... :)
Show #13 was a lucky one for me....
  • God damn NFL moving the Hawks/49ers game to Sunday night instead of Sunday afternoon. I'm having 30 people over that night, looks like I'm throwing the game on.

remember when people thought the cardinals were kind of good?

The Seahawks could probably get a king's ransom from AZ in draft picks if they dangled Matt Flynn as trade-bait.

That play where Houston forced the fumble on the screen pass and New England recovered it in the endzone was hilarious. Exciting and great play, but funny. Maybe the worst possible outcome of a forced fumble ever. He's thinking "I should have just tackled his ass".

Wade Phillips looked really confused throughout that whole game. I think he thinks he's still in Dallas?

The Patriots were smoking last night and put me to bed real quick. The team showed great balance with their improved running game.

    YES!

Couldn't have happened to anyone better. I love how he just lays there with his face in the ground in despair - like what you do after you get absolutely blown up by your own offensive lineman's monster ass and fumble.

Seems the best way to bleed even more money out of the fans. More playoff teams!

My thoughts exactly. With all the concussion and player safety issue, why the fuck would they even consider adding more games??????

The only thing that needs to change in the NFL playoffs is the seeding system where a 7-9 team can get home field advantage.

My sons' high school football team is in the state final game on Saturday, I am thinking of going to see it as I know a lot of the boys. They are undefeated 15-0 this season.

Sure, let's just keeping add spots until a 5-11 team makes the playoffs :fp: Of course this might the only way your Bills have a shot ;)

Obviously that is the reason. Will it ever be enough for this league?

Never. As greedy as the NFL owners and the league are, it is nothing short of a miracle that there have not been more work stoppages. I don't think the NFL has ever lost a season have they?
