Matt Patricia and Josh McDaniels are off to HC positions, BB retires and TB ends up in the front office a la Elway. Not a bad gig nor run and I can go back to raking leaves on Sunday with a cigar and listening to pats games on the radio like in the olden days. Been a life long Pats/Sox/Bruins fan (was never one for the NBA. Probably because I can’t jump). I can rest easy knowing that I can die in peace having witnessed some of the most, if not the most dramatic come from behind victories in sports history. Listened to bruins game 7 after leaving EV with my dad. Witnessed Aaron fucking boon and was at game 4 of ALCS IN 2004. I’ll root for them for the rest of my life but I’m not delusional to think they’ll continue the level of success I’ve enjoyed until I die. I remember Sullivan stadium after it was Schafer stadium and the ref getting conked in the head with a whiskey bottle because of a bad call during a viking’s game and the Walpole work release guy clearing a spot for the kicker. I could go on. Fog on the garden ice because the building’s AC couldn’t deal. Etc, etc, etc. call me a sports fan fraud but I know what I know and I seen what I seen. I can die very happy. The Juggler said:Halifax2TheMax said:Personally, after B.B. and TB get their sixth, it’s all over. I can so too either throw a spiral, skate and hit a 10 mph curveball! Still can’t jump though. And I’ll watch the pats and remember them as the greatest ever until I die. And yes, I lived through the Broncos SB losses while in Colorado before their victories.Wobbie said:Halifax2TheMax said:

Peyton Manning has two Super Bowl wins and as soon as he was dismissed or retired from those teams they turn into a smoldering fire of donkey turds. Used car sales man John Elway so smug thinking he was a great being super cheap to win a SB with a supposed super defense when it was only Manning on his last leg that carried the team. Colts had a great defense and then only won two games when Manning got hurt. Broncos record proves the same.
Edit: the colts turned into a smoldering fire of donkey turds only when he was hurt, not dismissedPost edited by Jason P onBe Excellent To Each OtherParty On, Dudes!0

I read an article earlier that says Belichick is interested in Giants job.
that right now McDaniels is also in the running, but that Bill might signal wink wink to NYG don’t hire anyone just yet.
i can see it honestly if he’s really mad at Kraft.
These next 2 weeks are best football weekends

Been a life long Pats/Sox/Bruins fan (was never one for the NBA. Probably because I can’t jump). The Juggler said:Halifax2TheMax said:Personally, after B.B. and TB get their sixth, it’s all over. Matt Patricia and Josh McDaniels are off to HC positions, BB retires and TB ends up in the front office a la Elway. Not a bad gig nor run and I can go back to raking leaves on Sunday with a cigar and listening to pats games on the radio like in the olden days. For now, no days off.I want you to have a look at this: http://community.pearljam.com/discussion/121118/are-you-a-sports-fan-fraud/p1
