    totally ridiculous to overturn the original call too. the original call was a TD.  how could you possibly say that was clear to overturn.  makes no sense.
    Because he didn't have "control" of the ball as he crossed the plane of the goal line.

    I only judged based on what they showed on TV...and to me, that is BS.  Also, the idea that it doesn't go back to him on the one yard line?  BS.  This is nothing anti-patriots (I don't like the Jets at all) it is anti a dumb rule.

    When the dust cleared, it was called the way it was called.  There have been many other instances of this rule being followed...at some point I think it should be updated.

    It's an odd rule and by the letter of that rule I'm not sure they didn't get the call right. I just don't know how based on the replay angles I've seen they could see clear evidence to overturn the original call on the field. Referee Tony Corrente commented after the game that there was a particular replay view that made the call easy and clear. If so I sure didn't see it.

    If you were old (like Faxxxi & I) you might think of Victor Kiam, who famously bought Remington after his wife gave him his first electric razor.
    "I liked it so much, I bought the company!"
    In the late 80s he bought the Pats from the Sullivans, who had owned since they formed.
    This made shaving and Patriots go together...so it was a natural fit when Gillette bought naming rights to the new stadium in Foxboro.

    I do think of the Patriots, not of Tom Brady....and I think of Victor Kiam/Remington Products.
