Yes we should. Really great of Watson to do that.

Did the  article mention(sorry , i didn't read it) that when he was a young kid that Warrick Dunn gave his mom a home? Warrick Dunn would give a house to a single mom every year(not sure if he still does that since he's been out of the NFL). Great to see Deshaun Watson paying it forward to those in need. I'm sure Warrick Dunn is proud.

That's awesome.  I knew Dunn did a lot of good deeds, didn't realize Watson's mom was one of the recipients.  That's great!!  And awesome on Watson to continue doing great things!

    Yes it was:

Warrick Dunn helped give Deshaun Watson a home 10 years ago

Dunn's foundation teamed up with Habitat for Humanity to furnish a home for Watson and his family.

Clemson quarterback and soon-to-be NFL first-round draft pick Deshaun Watson’s upbringing came with assistance from none other than former NFL running back Warrick Dunn.

Dunn played 12 years in the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Atlanta Falcons, and after retiring, he established the Warrick Dunn Charities foundation. The foundation’s goal was to provide affordable housing for families in need. Dunn’s motive was that he lost his own mother when he was 18.

Watson, along with his mother Deann and three siblings, lived in a small, cramped apartment in Gainesville, Ga. Deshaun brought home a Habitat for Humanity note one day that gave steps to home ownership, which Deann pursued. She spent over 300 hours helping build new houses before they could move into one of their own.

Through his foundation, Dunn was able to surprise the Watson family with a furnished home with four bedrooms, two baths, and even a full refrigerator.

Warrick Dunn giving the Watson family the keys to their house in 2006. Deshaun Watson in black sweatshirt on the right.

"I felt grown having my own room," Watson told the Associated Press. "Just having my own bed, not really being squished, not really worrying about someone sneaking up on me, it was a great moment, a special moment."

It’s something Dunn loves to help people with, especially when the effort is put in. "We're helping people who are helping themselves," Dunn said. "It's crazy how much pride people have when it's something they work for and not something they're given."

Dunn might not have known that Deshaun would become a two-time Heisman Trophy finalist and national champion, but it shows the impact can be even greater than imagined.

And Warrick Dunn still does it: https://wdc.org/

Wow that hit in Adams was awful. That should warrant a multiple game suspension in my mind. NFL and football in general have BIG problems going forward and they have nothing to do with an idiotic president or kneeling players. I have a 6 year old son and I don't want him playing. Youth football and high school numbers are way down in Northern California. Size and speed of today's athletes doesn't lend itself to anything but a flat out brutal game. Shame because there was a time I loved the NFL. But between watching guys literally destroy their lives and the fact that the overall quality of play is sloppier and less cohesive than ever I'm rapidly losing interest.

I watched it out, so I didn't have the best view....no rewind in hand....but the Bears guy appeared to have his head down when he made the hit.  If so, he may have launched and not seen what was going to happen.  That stated, it is the wrong way to tackle and he deserves a fine but I don't know that it was intentional.  A bad hit but I don't think he meant to tee up the dudes head like he ended up doing.
Brutal hit.  Hope he is ok, that looked really bad.  Damn, the NFL is tough stuff.

Way too much yapping. He needs to cool it down with the guessing of the plays and yelling while plays are happening like "he's open" when the guy if off screen and we can't see him. I'm very surprised his voice isn't more annoying.
    Alright, alright, alright!

Zero excuse on the hit whether he meant it or not. You're not supposed to lead with your helmet for your own and the ball carrier's safety. Throw the chair at him.

After watching it again, it was fully intentional. He sees his target, then lowers his head, then launches so the crown of the helmet nails him.
