I saw the finish coming a mile away; when the Packers kicked a FG to get within four to be exact. I knew there was no way in hell Miami would convert to run out the clock on their ensuing possession (play calling sure didn't help). And while I didn't see the fake spike coming, anybody who has ever watched Aaron Rodgers play football knew the back shoulder pass was coming on the final play. It was beyond obvious...yet still hard to defend even if you know it's coming.

I don't know the exact number but over the past four or five years, the Dolphins have lost the most games where the final score was within one touchdown. No poise. None at all.

The Bills have to be right on their heels in that category. Aside from today, we always find a way to lose the close games.

The Jets, Bills, and Dolphins are all exactly the same. That's why it's been the worst division in football for nearly a decade and that's why New England (who were in "disarray" last week lol) are back in first place where they belong

Calling two timeouts was dumb too unless they didn't have enough players on the field.

The back shoulder pass was super obvious cause even if it failed, they would have had a second to run another play.
  • So is tonight going to be the ultimate prime time blowout? Are we going to see another butt fumble- this time Geno Smith? The Tom Brady show? Will we see Cryin' Rex Ryan at the press conference? Lol

    59-10 NE?

Amazing how the NFL could foresee week a 7 match up involving the biggest points spread of such week for their Thursday Night game.

It's probably going to be an ugly game. Rain and wind. Much better enjoying this game on my couch than in person.

It must be the 4 day turn around.
  • This had blowout written all over it. Of course I took NE in the DGFL pool. Of course the Jets are going to cover. And I'm already in the hole, lol

  • I don't know what it is about Phil Sims, but I can't stand listening to him. He bugs me, but I don't know exactly why. Maybe a combination of his voice and his know-it-all attitude?

Simms was boring as a player and has grown exponantially boring as a drone who sits in the broadcast booth.

Phil Simms makes Joe Buck look like Captain Lou Albino.

    Simms is such a dope.

Brutal loss for the Jets. Those early FGs killed them. Anytime I'm feeling down about the Bears, I'm just going to say to myself "at least I'm not a Jets fan".

At one point Geno was was 6-12 for 70 yards and said he "looked great".

Percy Harvin traded to the Jets for a conditional draft pick. Very odd trade out of nowhere. Good for the jets. I wonder what the conditions are.

I'm sure the Seahawks are looking at next year knowing they'll need to free up some cap space since Russell Wilson will be getting a little bump in pay. But this sucks!!!!!!!!! Fuck.

i just saw this on ESPN. Doesn't make much sense to me why they traded him.

Sounds like Percy may have been bitching a little bit about his lack of touches. Nothing higher than a fourth round pick. They gave up a 1st, a 3rd, and a 7th for him. They took a huge loss. He played in what 8 games total for Seattle?? He had nothing to do with them getting to the super bowl or winning.

Plus, I get screwed in two fantasy leagues because he won't play this week!

A rather odd trade. All receivers bitch about lack of touches but Percy must take it to a new level if two teams are willing to jettison him considering how much raw talent he has.

You figure Seattle would have waited until the off season unless they got a first round pick.

My Magic 8 Ball foresees Percy finishing his career bouncing back and forth between the Jets, Raiders, Bengals, and Jags ... and finally ending with having Bill Belichick using his dark powers to sap what is left of his soul while paying him the league minimum.
