The message was relayed well and not lost on me, kce!

Well, it's more a shame than a joke!
  • Not lost on me either.

Although... I kinda thought the punchline was going to be: "Hurry up! Or the refugee will fathom a flagon!"
    "My brain's a good brain!"

Driving in to work, I happened upon an older gentleman sporting a yarmulke (spelled that correctly on the first try, by the way), hands clasped behind him, walking with purpose.

And at the same time while seeking a brief cushion of comfort-music, I happened upon this too.

    Sweetness.

    Hahaha!

A lady I know in a local shop told me today about how she and her four year old son made a calendar together because making one would teach him how it works better than just buying one. They drew squiggly line through the weekend days so he would see that they are different. This morning he told her that after school today it would be a "squiggly day"!

    Happy "Squiggly Day" everyone!

Should I crack open this bottle of Jefferson Ocean from a few years back or wait till I have someone to share it with?
    I SAW PEARL JAM

I had to google that. Bourbon, eh?

I'm not a bourbon girl but will happily join you in a libation (and some fine green).

Don't know why I've been in such a fine mood today but the fact that it's NOW THE WEEKEND makes it even better.

Sometimes the best company you can have is yourself.

Crack it... have headphones... enjoy the moment!

And save some for another time with a friend! You can't lose.

RR, going through my albums and came a crossed one if my gems. Thought, RR probably cranked this out of his 6x9's cruising streets of Fl in the ole Camaro.

Also to not derail another thread responding to flooding in Houston. Due to frequent flooding events, Houston set up and does well with lotsa rain and ended up not being so bad.

Cal,you have me smiling. You can't grow up here in FL and not be a fan of the Van Zant boys.Cmon Lynard Skynard,38 Special and Molly Hatchett.Momma Van Zant must be proud.I was/am a big 38 Special fan.Really underrated band.
At that same time the Outlaws and Blackfoot were also big Southern Rockers. So yes the Alpines were maxing out to the Groove.
This morning on my way into the office I started up my vehicle and this is what came on as on que.I was rocking this shit.Great start to the day.I was a big fan of these hair metal dudes for sure.So here ya go enjoy the 80s goodness. Its like sugar.

My VCR reset to fall back on Sunday so it says 9:25 PM. My computer says 10:25. Screw the computer, I'm taking the extra hour.

RR were a few big hair band songs I enjoyed. But there was one.......oh and did fall in love with leading lady and then wanted a white Jag.
