hi! i was wondering when do we have to pick up our wristbands? just before the show and the early entry (does anyone know how much earlier we're let in?) or hours before everything starts?
when the show starts at 19:30(the opening band) usally the early entry is at 17:30-18:00
and the pick up starts around 12:00-15:00,(depence the venue)
all at the day of the show

Worst case you can call the 10c, i did back in the 2010 ticketing mess, and got through straight away and the person was very helpful. Sometimes emails get lost in the sheer volume,

But anyone who did get tix from Crowsurge/10c online, just need to go to the 10c line with pport and email and they wil be sorted for tix and wbands

Dont lose hope guys!

For those of you who purchased tickets through the CrowdSurge Ten Club pre-sale or who purchased either Prague or Berlin 7/5 through the Ten Club PayPal lottery pre-sale, please remember your tickets automatically come with wristbands. You will receive your confirmation email by June 11th.

Please direct all ticket and wristband related questions to tickets@tenclub.net. We are receiving a high volume of emails at this time therefore your patience is appreciate.

So do we wait for an email from 10c about wristbands if we got tickets thru CrowdSurge or do we not need to worry about that?
Sorry, still confused :?

If you bought thru CrowdSurge you have wristbands, just need to get the email from 10C when & where to pick them up with the tickets. You get Tickets and wristbands in a envelope, bring a valid ID, like drivers license.

Thanks! I guess I'll just be waiting now -- I'm assuming other people haven't got their emails yet so I shouldn't be worried about not having an email?

Hey!
i received my mail for amsterdam 2 and i was wondering about when to pick up the wristbands.. i know the mail said the box office opens at 2:00pm but i don't arrive by car (i have to take the train), so i don't think i will be there that early. do you think it's possible to pick up the wirstbands between 4 and 5:00 pm and still get a good view after the early entry or are there too many people with wristbands so that there is no chance of getting a good place unless we decide to queue right at 2:00pm with our wirstbands???
it may be possible that i didn't really get the whole thing....i haven't done anything like that, i usually arrive at the concert later the evening and don't get so far to the front, but this time after all this trouble about tickets and those wristbands i would be so happy to get a good view....(particularly because this is my first PJ concert ever!)
i'd be so happy about an answer! thanksss :)

Hi all i have seated tickets for manchester 1 for myself and a mate. Not the worst but not the best . They are top tier back row but just to the left of the stage (on mike's side) section 202 . I managed to get a standing ticket for manchester 2 so staying for a second night but my mate is going home on the thursday . My question is this.... it is not a 10c ticket and want to get as near the front as possible so what time do people usually start to queue ouside to get in with non 10c standing tickets ?

I emailed 10C and they told me that i cannot pass the wristbands and that i have to collect them myself. I confirmed to them that i'm not going so let's hope that they are giving them to someone maybe outside the venue. Have a great time in Amsterdam, see you all in Manchester :D

Anyone who got the wristband mail for amsterdam..

They are speaking of the box office of the venue, i guess that means of ziggo dome right?
It's not like the wristbands is in a box office in the city in a completely different place.. or i am wrong..
it's not THAT clear from the email. well i guess it might be, i'm just being extra cautious

part of that, i find it funny that it states "please arrive early to pick up your wristbands, we expect long lines at the box office" but they just give 15minutes for early entry? is that enough if so many people should be arriving to collect wristbands? lets hope so..

it's my first show with early entry, how does it go with the members? do we usualyl stand in line and just keep respect of whoever came first, or are we actually writing names? (i think i saw something like this in berlin 09 show with ten club - i wasn't a member yet back then)

For any previous shows there is a 10c line. Its usually open around 2.30/3pm local time at the venue. Then queuing for the shows takes place outside the venue before doors. Hope this helps

If anyone would be kind enough to pick me up this gray shirt and gray hat from a merch stand, I would pay you for it, plus shipping and you could have anything on my FT: list other than the Deluxe Blu-Ray and Soto.

Would be looking for a size XL shirt, and if hat is fitted, size 7 1/2

Thank you soooo much in advance!!!!

Here's the pick of the merch:
