    I have a Mac but I have no idea what you're talking about! I must be using the dumb mailbox version :mrgreen::mrgreen:

    :lol: @ the dumb mailbox ! If you don't use the smart mailboxes, that's irrelevant. Smart mailboxes are mailboxes where you apply rules to tell Mail where to put the incoming e-mails, so that you don't have a 'flood' of unread e-mails that you have to sort through each time you open Mail. Pretty convenient :)

    It's really not the end of the world if you don't get an early entry wristband.

    BUT, we pay enough for the fanclub now to get some perks.

    And the Manchester shows are the first ones in a while I've not used Tenclub for tickets, so I begin to ask myself if the fanclub is actually worth it nowadays.

    Ten Club tickets and or Wristbands:

    We are wrapping up the final details with each venue now. Final confirmation emails detailing ticket and wristband pick up times, box office locations, and early entry gate information will be emailed no later than June 11th.

    So far only wristband confirmations have been sent to all members who purchased public tickets and who filled out the wristband request form back in December 2011.

    For those of you who purchased tickets through the CrowdSurge Ten Club pre-sale or who purchased either Prague or Berlin 7/5 through the Ten Club PayPal lottery pre-sale, please remember your tickets automatically come with wristbands. You will receive your confirmation email by June 11th.

    Q: Previously at the MEN arena I went to the 10c line with passport and copy of confirmation emails.


    can you advise if this is still the case.

    A: Yes the same scenario will apply when picking up ticket at the box office on the day of the show.

    If you submitted the form for wristbands and are still waiting, I would suggest emailing 10c at <!-- e --><a href="mailto:tickets@tenclub.net">tickets@tenclub.net</a><!-- e -->. If I'm not mistaken, you should have received them by now. I emailed them about my Copenhagen wristband, turns out there was an issue with my form submission but they are taking care of it now :)

    there one week ago I asked tenclub about the wristbands ... they said they had not received my request ... I gave them my ticket number and I expect them to tell me something. :?
