I work in IT. We're slowly but surely migrating everyone to windows7, office 2010. We outsourced our office application help though. Still get the crap calls from people that shouldn't be allowed near a computer, let alone have them try to figure out office. It's really not that difficult, just somewhat inconvenient when you're used to the old one. We've been on Office 2007 forever though so it's not that big a change. But, seriously...users can be so....dumb.

fuck pivot tables. i'll have to try one out to see if they improved them....i doubt it, so far i have failed to find a single improvement

my company upgrade to windows 7 and office 2010 about a month ago, so i am in the same boat! i am actually starting to getting used to it and like it, but at first it was one hell of a learning curve.

i felt like such a retard trying to navigate my way around excel
