    Oh this is a joke...they should have had tickets.de handle the pre-sale..they seem to have a more stable platform than this crowdsurge nonsense :evil: It won't let me check out either...I have hit CONFIRM like 3 times now!!!

    p.s. even the pearl jam site is crumbling under it seems...sigh. :cry:

    First I had tickets in my cart but couldn't check out. Then just as I was able to check out, it said it had removed the tickets from my cart!!

    And now I am getting this:

    Exactly the same for me. It was telling me I had the tickets in my cart, even though I could still see them in my cart at the top of the page.

    They did open the queue, and I think it was supposed to be the ticketing page I was directed to, but I couldn't tell, because the only thing on it was the picture.

    This is fucked up.

    I took a screen shot that clearly shows that I had tickets in my cart, but that the system wouldn't let me check them out. I hope that will be enough to prove that I legitimately had tickets, and the only reason i couldn't get them was becuase of the fault of their own system.

    This is beyond pathetic...which genius had the idea to release ALL the fan club tickets for sale the SAME TIME. why not stagger it!?!? I now also have the stupid 'you are in the queue' bullshit page...

    I've had similar issues to others.

    Was able to add tickets to cart.

    Was able to click Checkout.

    Was able to click Confirm Order.

    Next page stated that my cart was empty (even though up in the corner it showed 1 item in the cart and a total amount).

    Now I'm stuck on the "We are currently experiencing high demand" page and after being on that for about 15 minutes, it just gave me an error message about server timeout.

    I'm really unhappy.

    Trying to get seated tickets for Manchester. If the seated tickets are gone by the time I get through I'm going to be very upset.

    I have screenshots showing all the pages above.

    I truly believed they'd gotten it sorted this time. I really did. i feel sick.

    I got to click "confirm" at least 10 times and each time it told me it had thrown the tickets out because I'd taken too long. And yet there's still a counter at the top telling me how long I have left to buy them.

    I hate myself for saying this, and I said it the last time, but if they just used the same queueing system as ticketmaster this bullshit could all be avoided. This is so desperately unfair.

    I've been 'in the queue' for 35 minutes now - this is seriously pissing me off!
