    Hi all,
Have been lurking in the shadows for a few months now. Really enjoying the great conversations, concert relays, etc .
This is my first post and also I'm hoping to get some info about this euro tour.

    Quick background....
    48 (years young)
live 2 hrs north of toronto canada
have been to 3 Pearl Jam Concerts
1- Lollapalooza 1992 at Barrie Molson Park. (amazing show)
2- C.N.E. stadium, Toronto 1993 with Soundgarden & Uncle Neil
    3- Toronto 1- sept 11/ 2012

Great time at the Toronto 1 show and met a lot of fantastic people at the Loose Moose for a few hours before the show.
Got the bug again now so going to go to Germany with the wife (unfortunately she's not a pearl jam fan but sure will be by the time we get back).
She has a good friend there so I'm going to surprise her with a trip to visit and I thought why not 2 or 3 pearl jam shows while we are there! The Pearl Jam idea came first then I thought of a good excuse to go there.

I'm thinking Amsterdam, Berlin and Stockholm.

I'm looking for help with the following....
Best way to get concert tickets from here?
Are these three good choices for travel, hotel, venue etc?
Some ideas for other things to see in these areas?
    Any pre-concert parties to attend?

Thanks for any info and tips

Will be at the Amsterdam and Berlin shows. Already got tickets to see Radiohead in Berlin so I'll be at the PJ concert venue even if I don't have tickets. What a great summer looms ahead!
    Hold On

Anyone planning on going Solo or you don't have someone confirmed to go with?

I'm planning on a few shows, but will most likely be combining the shows with work. Plus most of my friends are not crazy PJ lovers like I am . SO they don't want to drop that kind of $$ for a show plus all the extra expenses of traveling etc.

I am planning on buying 1 set of 10c tickets. (Amsterdam or Manchester)
THen "hoping for the best" at getting individual tickets.
So if anyone thinks they will have a spare, I could probably help out. :D

    Congratulations UK & Europe!

Alright boys, so your last full band visit was in Nov 2009. Eddie dropped in and blew us away in Jan/Feb 2011.
We've just had Foo Fighters drop in, now we're PRIMED...
I await with baited breath on when you'll announce the next AUSTRALIAN tour...

You never normally leave it too long to come back to our golden shores. I sit and wait for that email announcement every day :)

Oh - Forgot to mention Chris Cornell's visit in Oct....

    Hi everyone.

Unfortunately my sister and me are of those idiots who forgot to renew our memberships! :?
So if anyone has spare 10c tickets for Amsterdam, Berlin, Oslo or / and Copenhagen, that would be more than awesome!!! You can be absolutely sure we'll go. We need tickets for 3 people and if all works out we already got one for Copenhagen, Oslo and Berlin (thx Stef!).

So please offer, we still need the other ones, thank you!

We are Germans and have been seeing PJ in Europe since 1996. You can be 100% sure we will show up.
    What a summer!

    Cheers!

Those shows with him playing solo are an 'experiment'. Those are lab coats.
115 bucks for half a haircut by a novice? I want my money back!

No, it was definitely the experiment thing. He explained the first time around he toured. Don't think he talked about it this year.

Why don't they play at the wuhlheide venue in Berlin this time around? The most fantastic setting for a pj concert... would absolutely hate to be indoors at the O2 arena at that time of year. fuck. And what happens with playing "Forum" in denmark?? An absolutely shitty place.

I find outrageous that the prize for the Isle of Wight festival is 160£! You are not allowed to buy a ticket for just one day (we are only interested in the PJ concert)...you must buy the full package (3 days)! My husband and I cannot afford it and we won't see pearl jam only because of this stupid policy!

    How is it shitty?

The only bad thing about Wuhlheide is the ridiculous curfew. What's it like in O2? And when the 02 tickets go on sale for GA? I would need that info for non 10C friends.

why don't you go to Manchester, I know it's the other end of the country but even with fuel/train ticket it would be cheaper than IOW festival.

This is on the cheap side for a major festival in the UK and due to the nature of the festival being on a small island with limited transport to and from it the logistical apsect of having 30000 poeple coming and going every day just isnt possible.

Its the history of this festival that is the main draw. If I were PJ, I would want to play it. Just once.

That's how IoW has been, at least recently.

    Hello everyone.
I´ve been into PJ for a long time but I´m new to the Ten Club.
I live in Muenster / Germany and am excited about the announced Europe Tour.
On crowdsurge.com it says you need a pre sale code to get tickets early.
How or when do I get that code? Thank you!
