at this stage ... it really comes down to everyone who knew what this guy was doing and did nothing about it ... those are the people i want to see brought down ...
  • I'm glad the new judge in this case gets it. Sandusky is being held on $250,000 bail and has to pay in cash. He can't, so he's in jail. If he does make bail, he'll be under house arrest and subject to electronic monitoring.

Somewhat related, but has anyone heard about this University of Utah professor who was caught nonchalantly looking at child porn on his laptop on a commercial flight?

    Fucking jackass sicko...

    He posted bail...

Sandusky secured his release using $200,000 in real estate holdings and a $50,000 certified check provided by his wife, Dorothy, according to online court records. Sandusky remained at the facility as of late morning and the warden said he was quiet and cooperative during his overnight stay.

    SHUT THE SCHOOL DOWN
  • He apparently has posted bail. :?

This whole situation is obviously a horror show. But I am completely baffled at his wife for supposedly hearing screams from the basement and ignoring them. How can you stand be someone who is doing this? You can't tell me that these two had a real "marriage." Some women are so stupid in what they will do for a man. She is just as guilty. She should have turned him in a long time ago. And please don't tell me she "loved" him or was "afraid" to say anything. No excuses.

Rumor has it that Paterno was upstairs banging pots and pans to drown out the screams.

But really, I haven't read that his wife actually heard the screams, she was just home at the time. I'm sure the home will be inspected, this sick fuck may have sound proofed the house. Who knows.

Of course she will deny it but point is if someone is screaming in the basement of a home, someone has to hear it. Even if she didn't hear anything, I still feel that she turned a blind eye to a lot of what was going on with her "husband." Like I said, I doubt they had a real "marriage" and she had to know something wasn't right.

I'm now hearing changing stories from McQueary that he didn't actually see the shower incident he only heard it. This is what was told to a doctor the night of the incident whom told this to the grand jury. This might get Paterno of the hook if true but it might do the same for Sandusky.

Oh boy! Plenty more to come I'm sure.

Sandusky and his lawyer just waived his preliminary hearing.

I bet you they end up pleaing this case out.
Don't come closer or I'll have to go
  • I can't believe the way this scumbag keeps trying to act like he's still a part of the Penn State football program--or any football program at all, for that matter. He said he's going to "fight for 4 quarters" in his defense. At least he didn't wear his Penn State warmup suit to court yesterday.

He and his lawyer are pieces of garbage. His lawyer stood outside the courthouse yesterday and accused the victims of lying in order to sue him. Really? I wonder how McQueary's testimony can be explained, then, because he certainly won't be profitting from his story. I really hope he doesn't kill himself before his trial because he sincerely deserves the pounding he's going to get in prison.
  • HARRISBURG, Pa. -- A defense attorney for accused child molester Jerry Sandusky has claimed that the former Penn State assistant football coach showered with young boys in order to teach them how to wash properly.

In an interview with WHTM-TV in Harrisburg, Pa., attorney Karl Rominger attempted to explain the 67-year-old Sandusky's admitted habit of showering with boys after football camps that he ran through his charity for disadvantaged children, The Second Mile.
"Some of these kids don't have basic hygiene skills," Rominger said.

"Teaching a person to shower at the age of 12 or 14 sounds strange to some people, but people who work with troubled youth will tell you there are a lot of juvenile delinquents and people who are dependent who have to be taught basic life skills like how to put soap on their body."

Sandusky has admitted in televised interviews that he showered with boys, but denies the behavior was sexual in nature.

I was just going to post this. I think his defense might be clutching at straws. Gave me a good chuckle

Yes, because logic would say that fixing a kids bad hygiene by an adult showering with him makes sense :?
