This was pretty much the end of my 27 day tour of Europe and was absolutely awesome. The fans were great and although my plane was late and I missed 5 songs, still had a blast. The city itself is gorgeous and the people are awesome as well...First time in many tours that I got to hear Nothingman, so that was simply incredible for me.
Lots of love from San Diego; I'll be back here for sure. If any of you locals hang out at St Nicholas Cafe by the embassy, tell Todd(bartender behind the bar) that Scott said hello, thanks for all the drinks and I hope he enjoyed the presents I gave him the night before.

Traditionally I'm more of a cat person... my cat was a little bit poorly back in Scotland, but she's on the mend now. My mum put a photo up on flickr to keep me happy:
There's three in Scotland. I really miss them. But I travel too much to be fair to a cat... so I have to get my pet fix when visiting my Girlfriend in BERLIN... where pearl Jam played on saturday night... it was good. I especially like footsteps...
So.. speaking of BERLIN.... did you guys (meaning you and Fraser and maybe little brother) do something special for your 'finale' as it had been theatened?
We were too far away from the stage to get up to anything in Berlin.... We also got a warning fromt he security before the gig started that if fraser got his cock out... he was getting thrown out...... which is fair enough... the joke got old a while ago... so we retired the joke about 3 weeks ago... but we knew the security were keeping an eye on us.
oops.....Prague... yeah - czech... I'll write a blog later... good gig... lots of songs with man in the title.
It was indeed one hot night! Had a great time in the front. Though i'd prefer them to kick it off with Go instead but guess i can't have everything. But it was my first time seeing the band so think it couldn't be any better.. If only the [polish] fans next to me would not have booed Comatose, i have never experienced such a stupid acting by apparently die-hard fans. I mean, what would it look it like if each others unfavourite tune was booed, eh?

Our first of many, (hopefully) PJ gigs and it was an amazing experience. This was a birthday treat for my girlfriend and a bit for me too. They played most of the songs we were secretly hoping for, it was a superb set in our eyes.
We were about 2 from the front stage right in front of Mike who really communicated with the crowd as he does. Really happy about the fans around us, they sang their hearts out. The lack of crowd surfing and general hardcore moshing was pleasing for us too. Also, i thought the band looked really relaxed without all the pushing and shoving going on.
Shame about the acoustics in the place, it was good and loud but couldn't make out most of the vocals too well. Also, it would have been good to get a better view of Matt doing his thing, they really should put him on a big podium.
Most of all we wanted to say a huge hello and thanks to everyone we met for being so friendly. I can't relate all your real names back to your screen names but you know who you are. The kilted ones did an ace job of organising and providing top laughs throughout, you are all stars.
Prague is stunning and the beer is beautiful.
If you're reading this and you're getting ready to see the band live for the first time then get ready for a life changing moment.
Coming home and going back to work has been very crap indeed.

When we got home "Kit" did an uncanny Eddie impression that i've been trying to record since he did it. "Kat" jumped out of the bedroom window after a bird and survived a 15ft drop which i thought was very rock and roll. "Chunky" hasn't done anything yet but then he never does. I'm just waiting for the day our threesome form a cat tribute band.
So much more i can say but i won't bore you with it now.

Unfortunately my mates had just eaten a whole pig so they were all Finnished. Sadly we weren't able to put up a big party that nite (wednesday was a cloud on our shoulders aswell :-). And of course had to concentrate to the gig too... and after the gig went to small music bar that had a great DJ.

In the German forum there are no youtube-links allowed - don't know how this is handled here, but thanks anyways - first time I can see a video from a show where I have been. And there could be no better choice than Animal, which really kickstarted the crowed and made my shirt completely wet within a few minutes.

Ha'ha yeah on the tram in the bar and on Fraser, we put him in a taxi and sent him back to the appartment and when we got back he had a pan full of puke at the side of him, really not a pretty site.
