Cardinals fans are great. I love going to St. Louis for a baseball game. I hope they win it tonight.

I've been hoping they would win, but I don't have a lot of confidence in them. They have really left me scratching my head all through this series with some of their mistakes. And that was before last night with the Bad News Bears play and David Freese dropping that infield pop-up. But the Rangers made a few errors last night too. The Rangers might be hurting a little bit today though. I think Cruz strained something last night, and while Napoli finished out the game strong, that ankle of his will most likely have stiffened up over night if that injury is half as bad as it looked. This game is a complete toss up, the way this series has gone I wouldn't dare make any predictions.

Yeh, you can send Nelson Cruz his MVP trophy tonight after the Cards win. Any high school or college right fielder catches that ball in the 9th. Or at least doesn't let it bounce of the wall like that.........c'mon you make millions to play the game and you are VERY WELL KNOWN for being afraid of hitting the wall.....

Yeah, and D/FW fans are calling it the worst sports week ever, and not just Flagg by the way, but people I actually know. I bet they would all trade that Cowboys win against the Rams for the World Series or a Cowboys win over the Eagles.

yeah it is kind of weird.

the joke i kept hearing today was "i guess the cards must have showed up to play the saints"....

it is nice when the entire city is celebrating. and there were no reports of rioting, looting, car break ins or cars flipped over, arson, or anything else. we drove by the stadium at about 2 am friday night and there were people everywhere. there were no parking spaces available for blocks..it was pretty surreal to be driving down there at 2 am and still seeing 20,000 or so people partying on the streets.

1st - Congrats to the Cards. 2nd - found it a little weird that tickets for the games in STL were selling for 50% of the asking price for the DFW games. It would have almost been cheaper for me to drive to STL for a game than 1 hour to Arlington. Also, the Rangers fans drowned the Cards fans out a few times in Game 6. The STL fans didn't seem into it really. I heard Na-Po-Li and Let's Go Rangers loud and clear.

But still, a team of destiny if I ever saw one. Wow.
