I won't be buying the standard edition anyway. Not until we have confirmation on this matter at the very least anyway.

I believe that confirmation has been made numerous times. Email from 10 club has been posted saying that they will not be making more and also stated that that was bands decision. If you simply email them u will get your answer. It's time to accept the fact that some of you missed out and its time to move on guys.

That may be true but I would still like to hear a final, definitive statment from the club on the matter. It's obviously of a huge interest of a lot of members here so why doesn't the club simply make a statement to all us saying "Yes, we're making more" or "No, all sold out. That's final". If they have the time to respond to individual emails, why can't a representative come on here and post a quick message giving us an answer? I'm not trying to be difficult here but it would be nice to hear a final word on the matter.

And while I have more or less given up on it been restocked by now, I do have a small hope that there will be some solution from Cameron Crowe's end of things since we posted all the messages on his fansite.

I feel like a tool for not ordering the deluxe DVD... in my case I assumed this would be available from regular retailors as well. I've done plenty of ordering from Ten Club in the past... but this time I was going to use Amazon.ca and bundle a few different things together.

Totally my fault for not reading the forum. I'd be overjoyed if they re-stock this item!

After picking up the Blu Ray from Best Buy I must say I would really like to have the 3 disk set. Especially since it has a giant 1 on it. I will say that I am lucky my wife got the DVD before it sold out because I was being stubborn, but with the sound of the Blu Ray I would drop another $70 in an instance.

Well shit I've been saving for this and now gone already. That sucks. They have to restock these before it turns into people paying 100s for a disc like the benroya lp.

It's going to really irritate me when i have to pay through the nose to some scalper that could care less about PJ. most of the die hards are around my age with young children and families that probably needed some time to put money aside. thanks for looking out. this is first time i have been pissed at 10C/PJ.

honestly i do not care about getting a #'d copy. just release more with same packaging and just not numbered. then everyone is happy, your true fans are happy and are bankrupt.

If most of the die-hard fans on this board missed out and had no idea this was gonna happen, how would random scalpers who could care less about PJ know enough to buy them?

I would guess just about everyone of these was snapped up by the die-hards & very few will hit the secondary market because of the fact that everyone is going batshit crazy for it.

It does seem that way, doesn't it? Long gone are the days where we'd band together to work for what would benefit the community at large, in this case, being able to share in something we all care about.
