i didn't. wanted to, even looked at tix availability a couple weeks back, but ended up deciding to pass. i think if i had friends pushing to go i would have, but nobody else was so i just let it go. would have liked to have seen knopfler, for sure.

Sorry I didn't make it to the pre-party last night. Traffic was crazy, I was late for dinner, dinner was slow, and by that time I figured we would just head to the venue. I looked for a bunch of bearded guys at the show, but that wasn't very helpful Then I got distracted by a large Fat Tire beer
Anyways, I thought the show was great! My friends that I dragged to it also thought it was really good. Everyone loved Richard - he's a maniac! Hope everyone had a good time as well.
So we'll definitely have to plan another meet up so I can attend!

AWESOME TIME LAST NIGHT! The show itself was fantastic; I loved the split set (first half was almost exclusively "Acts", with the second half being a lot of different stuff). Even more than that, I loved meeting some local PJ folks.

What a blast last night, I almost had to bail last minute but I'm glad I made it out.
I'd not listened to RNDM until last night so I could get a first impression live and it was awesome. Looked like the band and the crowd were having a killer time and it was kind of nice not having a packed house.
Oh and Gull was awesome too. Gotta give up to the guy for doing all that on his own.

I went to Minnesota for the first time earlier this week to see Bruce in St. Paul. I support this movement..the people I met in Minnesota were some of the nicest people I have ever met and did a lot to help me out! I would definitely love to make another trip up there!

yeah, looked like those shows were pretty darn good. something for everyone.
i could probably be coaxed into going. not really a soundgarden fan at all, but i've never seen them and it could be worse than seeing them at the orpheum.
so if you don't find someone who is more of a fan than i as the show nears, hit me up.
unless I roll down to OD's alone it looks like I may not get to the show until about 9 pm when GULL goes on because my friend won't get off work until 8:30 that night and we're probably carpooling.

I'd not listened to RNDM until last night so I could get a first impression live and it was awesome. Looked like the band and the crowd were having a killer time and it was kind of nice not having a packed house.
Oh and Gull was awesome too. Gotta give up to the guy for doing all that on his own.
