    We have men's volleyball and mens/women's water polo as our "dominant" west coast NCAA sports...college hockey is just a club sport here!

    ...but hey, women's NCAA volleyball is awesome (and it has only a little to do with their outfits ;) ). Having worked at the U athletic department in college, I saw just about every NCAA event out there, and women's volleyball was one of the most entertaining, fast-paced sports out there.

We were Division 2 when I started, but we moved up to I-AA my last year. Volleyball is a great sport to see in person....nothing like seeing a powerful block, dig or kill!

    Really? That's awesome! Something about intercollegiate athletics from the inside that is a lot of fun.

    Volleyball is really great live...very exciting. Some of those rallies are incredible.

    Weird! I just got them a minute ago too. MF, row BB.

    Balcony is fine. The Orpheum's a great venue, and being up high in a theater is actually great for the acoustics. You'll get a great sound up there.

    It might be because we were looking at pairs at the same time. Its impossible to say why one pair kicked out a certain way.

    In any event, for a rock show, I think you'll be fine. Obviously, you're going to be further back, but the sound should be good and you will be able to see them.

    Well the timer ran out as it was telling me to verify my tickets and sending me to Mastercard's site. So that's cool. Try again...

    Just click "Do Not Activate Now" and your order will process. The "verify tickets" thing is something that Visa/MC are trying to sell you. You don't have to do it.

    Haha thanks, I'm not sure why I'm being so nooby when it comes to this. Everything's running as slow as molasses, so I'm not sure if I even have tickets right now. Oi vey.

    Great, tried again and got MF 8-)

    Oh, Ticketmaster...

    So I don't know anyone who wants to go, so if any of you don't have a ticket or know someone who wants one and doesn't mind sitting next to a guy who goes to Carleton, let me know and I'd be happy to sell the other ticket :)
