    What a great night to be having beers with friends getting ready to see Pearl Jam. There are many days like this left in 2012 (but not too many...it is MN). PJ you can make it happen. Make the dreams come true.

    Going to see Mark Lanegan at the Cedar Cultural Center tonight. I'd love it if Ed and him did a song together. Crazy Mary trading verses, Immortality or indifference wouldbe awesome.

The Cedar Cultural Club holds about 450 people and there were about 300 present.

    He played twenty songs and for about 90 mins signing stuff and doing a meet and greet afterward...all for fifteen dollars! He's one of the best kept secrets in music.

    Any time a show is announced, I always do a quick-rundown of how I would get there. I'm probably tapped out for PJ travel this year (unless its drivable). Between Amsterdam and then NY (for an non-PJ related trip), our travel budget is strapped as it is. Unless I could get a free flight or something, I probably won't be able to make that one.

    Speaking of Philadelphia, I am going to see Philly-native Kurt Vile at the 400 Bar tonight. Anyone else? Check him out...so good.
