can't say i have a name for 'em but i do think that kicking them off of the mudflaps/wheel wells is one of life's simple pleasures.

That's my problem too. I got a pair of Bose headphones a few years ago, and they do sound wonderful, but I don't have many occasions where I want to use them. I'm not going to wear those big things during a workout and if I wear them at home, just sitting there, I feel like that kid on Dazed and Confused (you know, 'tuning out the world'). So they're basically a travel-use only type thing.

Pearl Jam should play "Porch" the old way (fast intro), earlier in their sets and not as a closer to the first set. I'm listening to a lot of the 2013 boots and they've been doing that a lot over the past few years.

Seriously though - Porch has always been my favorite song since I first heard "What the fuck is this world?". Love the extended jams and don't care where it lands in the set. Hell, open with Porch!

It would be cool if the older lyrics got added into the song so it got stretched out some.

Pearl Jam should play sets with the standards (Even Flow, Alive, Betterman etc) at completely different spots. Open with Even Flow, play Alive, like 4th (or as closer - like it should be), Betterman in the first set without a tag etc.

Any other ideas?

Here's another: Pearl Jam should always extend Wishlist and often tag it with "Why Can't I touch it."

Play a medley of song. Like Metallica and the Who have done to cover songs but not play the whole thing.

Play "Speed Wash". Like Lukin, just rip through it at some point.

Open the encore with Once.

Play a slowed down version of Even Flow in the encore.

Play No Jeremy.

Close with Animal or Breath.

Outlaw the follwing songs from the next tour: Betterman, Daughter, The Fixer, Rearviewmirror, Porch, Rocking in the Free World, State of Love and Trust, and Jeremy (regular version)

No covers for one tour. Especially "new" covers.

Add Given To Fly to the "less-play" list. Even on boots, it's reaching Betterman/Even Flow/Alive status in play frequency.
