    I learned by the end of the year I'll will run a sub-7 minute mile pace for a sustained run(i.e. at least 3.5 miles)

    One of my closest friends who recently moved to STL is holding a pretty great position open at her company for me...it's oh so tempting, but I don't really think I want to move to STL :?
