Not seen the new trailer, I'm trying to avoid movie trailers and just go in fresh. :D

Something to note, The Film is Post Converted to 3D. Initial reports were false that it was filmed in Real3D. So personally I'll probably be skipping the extra dimension and just see it in 2D.

    http://www.examiner.com/comic-books-in-orlando/disney-announces-the-avengers-will-be-converted-to-3d-for-theaters
I don't know the difference but I generally avoid 3D. Gives me a massive headache :D

Yea for sure especially when the 3D is not 'shot' or 'made' well, the viewing can be quite difficult.

The main difference between the two 3D methods is that Real3D is when the filming is executed using a real 3D camera, 'Post Conversion 3D' is a film made using a 'regular' camera and later on Visual Artists 'up'convert it 3D.

I here the 'up'conversion work for 'Avengers' is pretty good, So I change my mind! Maybe I will see it in 3D, or maybe just wait until more reviews come in to confirm the positive 3D experience from some initial reports.

Woot! My uncle is snagging them for me and some of my friends tomorrow morning! This is so crazy, I've literally been waiting for this for 5 years for this night, since the after credits scene of Iron man, "It's called the avengers innovative" it's giving me goosebumps just thinking about it.

Ok official review. Amazing movie. Everyone got their moments and plenty of them. Funnier than any movie I've seen that's came out in the past 5 years. AMAZING action yet plenty of subtle moments and planning and that sort of stuff. Couldn't think of any way it could have been better. I would say borderline perfect.

Would have seen a midnight showing but was at the Shins concert and didn't know when that would have ended and so on. Then I had plans on Friday. Definitely gonna see it today. Hearing great things about it.

Too many jokes in the first half of the movie. Other than that it was a great film.

Just got done seeing it. I enjoyed it a lot! Trailers didn't do it justice. Great fight scenes and each character had their moments in the movie. Best parts involved The Hulk though, one with Loki and the other with Thor  Also stay til the very end!

Wow, you've seen it 3 times already?:lol: Did you go 3D? 3D IMAX? Regular HD? I'm not a big fan of 3D, I almost puked watching one of the Batmans in 3D. But maybe it will be different this time... :D

Batman in 3D, really?? I know Nolan is a strictly IMAX guy.

Avengers in 3D was pretty good. Seemless.

Shit, you're right. It was IMAX, not 3D. Maybe it's the IMAX that messed me up!

I've never been bothered by 3d but a friend of mine is and she just said that there was one little part that bugged her. All 3 times I saw it in 3d, yesterday I was going for 2d but the line was crazy long so we just waited for the next one which was 3d. How are the sales doing? Breaking any records? I know I've never seen my local theatre so consistently packed so I'm assuming it's doing pretty well

Ok, saw it in 3D but not IMAX and it was fine for me. The 3D IMAX was sold out anyway.

It was fucking AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! There were exactly 2 bits I didn't like but I don't want to ruin it for people who haven't seen it yet. Plus they were minor so I can live with it.

The Marvel franchise is really killing it! And oh yeah, always stay till the end of the Marvel movies. If you haven't seen any of the Marvel movies, the one I'd probably see before watching this one is Thor.

Think I'll be seeing this again!:mrgreen::mrgreen:

I saw it in IMAX 3D on Friday; thought it was really fun, well done, humorous, basically a feel good fun movie. Seeing TDKR trailer in IMAX was incredible. I'll be driving 4 hours to see TDKR in IMAX for sure.
