    Thats partly why i started shaving my head. Too damn hot in Louisanna on top of having to wear all the gear in the field i said F-it and shaved it.

    that's what i did as well...i shaved it off. every once in awhile, i'll let it grow for a few months, but i usually go back to the short hair.

    This has always been a dilemma. I've had a bad hair day that is going on 47 years now.

    Maybe 15 years ago I went short, very short. Started getting a lot of "Can I help you, sir?" (It doesn't help that I don't wear any makeup.) So I decided that now is the time to grow it out.

    I'm aiming for this:

    Which I think we all agree looks great if you're on a stage rocking the guitar, but maybe not so much in a cubicle rocking a keyboard. (Although I do have two huge kick-ass monitors.)
