Thats partly why i started shaving my head. Too damn hot in Louisanna on top of having to wear all the gear in the field i said F-it and shaved it.

that's what i did as well...i shaved it off. every once in awhile, i'll let it grow for a few months, but i usually go back to the short hair.

This has always been a dilemma. I've had a bad hair day that is going on 47 years now.

Maybe 15 years ago I went short, very short. Started getting a lot of "Can I help you, sir?" (It doesn't help that I don't wear any makeup.) So I decided that now is the time to grow it out.

    I'm aiming for this:
    HairColor-lg-new-md.jpg

Alas, at the moment, I look more like this:

    110392-Stone-Gossard-Pearl-Jam.jpg

Which I think we all agree looks great if you're on a stage rocking the guitar, but maybe not so much in a cubicle rocking a keyboard. (Although I do have two huge kick-ass monitors.)

I've had mine long-ish for a few years, and am currently growing it longer. I absolutely CANNOT stand the way I look with short hair, I either look like a jock or as someone once delicately put it, a skinhead. I love my long hair though.
    Thanks EPOTTSIII!
