    I have longish hair...probably around 8-9 inches.
I've been fortunate to have good hair, and at the age of 30, it's still as thick as it was when I was 18.

I like it long, but I do hate it at times. The Arizona summers aren't a lot of fun with it long, and it sucks when I'm working out, doing outdoor stuff, etc...but I guess that's what baseball hats are for. :)

No, prefer a clean cut man myself. Maybe a little scruff, but definitely not long hair.

No, i've never really cared for it. I don't mind Ed in the Yield days, a little long but not that God awful look he has now. He looks 10 years older than he is right now.

chlorine eats and dries he hell out of mine. when it isn't about half fucked it is out of control ringlets that i do like. when it is fucked up it is a straw dreadlock type doo which can't be picked out without pulling hair out in heaps. piss me off. and it happened a bit ago while running a hair pick through it while showering after swimming. i have to pick it with conditioner in it.

i've learned that brushing, combing, or picking my hair is bullshit, so i don't fuck with it much. there has been times where i've went many months without brushing my hair. fuckin wild shit on my head, man.

that darn swimming pool gets me a bit cross with what it does to my hair and all, stupid fucking chemicals.

Ok I've had this pathetic crush on a guy at work and he's got long hair which NEVER turns me on. In fact it usually has the opposite effect. I totally dig long-ish hair, like the kind you can run your fingers through or juuuust enough to put in a pony-tail (like ed's) but not long past the shoulders.

    I'm quite surprised

now, chris cornell's hair does not look like either of the pics of his hair that were posted.
go to youtube and look at some pics from this tour. his face is hidden :( I don't know, maybe he liked it in his eyes and it shielded him from the bright lights. (I just saw soundgarden last week!)

  • I love long hair. My husbands long curly hair was the main reason I went out with him 14 years ago.

I've been growing mine since January. I'm not sure if I have the patience to see it through. I might have to break out the clippers soon. Right now, I'm at a point where it looks like crap about 98% of the time, but it looks great the other 2%.
just let it go. you have to go through several months of it looking like crap and then one day you wake up and you are like "damn, that looks alright" lol...

i wore a hat for a lot of the "crap" phase.
My 12 year old is in the "crap" phase. The front is past his eyes and the sides look like Elvis sideburns.

I love long hair on guys, but if it doesn't flatter one's face, don't bother growing it out. Not everyone can look good with it, unfortunately, myself included (and I've always wanted long hair!).

I like long hair on some guys. Eddie, Chris Cornell & Johnny Depp mmmmm.
My hubby looks great with longer hair but with all the sport he plays its not practical, he usually grows it in summer.

LOVE long hair.. I don't consider myself to have a specific "type", looks-wise at least, but I've always been fond of long hair. I just find it sexy. But hey, I also love dread locks :D
