The very quick scene with John Teller's bike being restored jumped out at me. Is the show's conclusion going to be Jax going out the same way his father did, even riding the old man's bike?
I hope so. I'll be disappointed if Jax doesn't die at the end.

I figured Jax would die, but I didn't think about that possibility! So many scenarios running through my head. Fuck me....

I have to say, as slow and bad as this season started, the last 3 shows leading up to tonight's finale were awesome. I think Wayne deserved better than that.
"...Dimitri...He talks to me...'.."The Ghost of Greece..".
"..That's One Happy Fuckin Ghost.."
“..That came up on the Pillow Case...This is for the Greek, With Our Apologies.....”
I enjoyed it. I could've done without the crows and the weird bread & wine. That was bread and wine right? And I definitely think they could've cut down that last scene, the 90 different angles of the procession of cops was a bit much. But I loved how it wrapped up the story, very appropriate ending.
I would've liked the Lady sheriff and Chibbs to continue their romance, new power couple in town you know? I liked the anarchy afterword too, should've done them all like that without an actual "host" just Kurt Sutter and the cast.
The most uninspired end in the tv series of all times... The word bad cant even describe it.. thank god they didnt play free bird as theme song ,so we see jax at his bike and 150 police cars behind him for 14 minutes

Haha! So true. That dragged on and on and on. Never looked like they were driving very fast either.

What a lame chasing of the police..was like going to a parade....terrible..

Ok, the last scene did drag out to long. Afterward, Hunnam said that jax was basically having fun with the police at the end. I thought it was cheesy that he raised his hands at the end and that Vic Mackey was the one who hit him. Kurt was very abrupt when wrapping up the loose ends with Marx and Boroski and the others. But I guess he could be with what Jax knew he was going to do.
I thought for about 3 seconds that they were going to puss out when they shot Haps arm instead if Jax. But that thought quickly faded. All in all, it was a great series. Definitely a different concept that pushed the limits even for cable tv. The end didn't meet expectations, but what series finale does?

Ending a series is tough to do. You'll never please everybody. I get that. Overall I enjoyed the closing arc of this show even if I was disappointed by the final episode. And while the finale itself ranks in the bottom tier of finales I've seen, it is in no way the worst. That honor will always be reserved for the debacle that was the Sopranos.

I was ok with the sopranos ending until James gandolfini died. I was really hoping for a movie.
Just finished season 3. These guys are fucking maniacs. Can't believe Opie took out Stahl with a fucking uzi....wild shit. Also, great use of music on this show....loved the "hey hey, my my" cover at the end of the season 3 finale.

That last episode of season 3 is my favorite episode of the show. I dig the music in it too, read a few critics that hated it, but fuck them.

You're about to get into a couple of down seasons. But overall, the show was great.
I've been hearing rumors about a movie. I don't know what to believe because I've read movie talks were a hoax. But a week later hear that the talks were confirmed. The movie would be a prequel to the series. Focusing on John Teller and his rise and fall. Along with the birth and childhood of Jax leading up to him enter g the club.
Just finished the season 3 finally and my god what a great episode. I loved Justified as one of my favorite shows as it always ended every season the way it should. You never doubted it as Raylon was the biggest badass in Kentucky. SOA season 3 did the same and gave me that same Hell Yeah! moment. Excited to start season 4 even if it is a not as good.
