I was hoping it was just a photo of a Super 8 - somewhere else - that I would never have to stay in. A good warning is when the hotel advertises "weekly rates." Not as bad as advertising "hourly rates" but still a warning signal.

There is a grocery store called "Aldi" which is across the highway on East Geneva Street aka Highway 50 seven blocks away. Before you get there, you'll pass a Subway and Panera Bread if you just want to pick up sandwiches. Also a Walmart Super Center is very close (although I won't shop there). To the west on East Geneva within two blocks from the Super 8 is a Piggly Wiggly.
