I believe it is all set up- just go on the website and make a reservation. I saw about this on another thread and I know quite a few were reserving seats, so if you want to use it, don't dawdle.

We aren't going to use it. $70 for two each day is a bit steep, and on Sunday when we have reserved seating we'll probably wait until mid-afternoon to go, after a nice brunch to recover from Saturday somewhere. We will be willing to car pool both days of course. In fact, we are tentatively planning on picking up a rental at Midway on Friday noonish, driving back to Midway Monday morning, if that fits with anyone wanting to share car rental expense.
