the nba needs a culture change....you need tim duncans and john stockton's that enjoy playing in the smaller cities. players seem to think they have to be in NY/LA/BOS to live the superstar life.
i wish the owners wouldn't have caved on the hard cap, although it will defiantly help the Bulls.

I can see that in the NBA, but in the Majors - I'm not saying having an exorbitant amount of money doesn't help - you can build a team to win but an organization needs to adhere by different rules. Tampa isn't the exception, they should be the model for every Pittsburgh, KC, and Oakland out there.
