I know no one cares so this is the only fantasy post I'll make this year. 10 team league, have to start 7, 12 man roster. Here's my squad...I had third pick (which I consider the worst spot in draft -- don't get either of the big two and there's not much diff from 3 and 10).

    Westbrook
Harden (maybe a reach but I think he blows up on new squad)
    Marc Gasol
Bosh (my least favorite pick I made)
    Jrue Holiday
Dirk (I don't mind taking injured guys...if he ends up healthy come xmas I think I have a good shot to repeat)
Gerald Wallace (don't love this pick either)
    Nic Batum
    Brook Lopez (steal here)
    Collison
Favors (who sixers should have taken over evan turder)
    Big Baby

Decent draft. Missed on a few picks, but if things go right I will be there in the end.

guessing you have a small league in terms of teams ... i like drafting near the top or near the bottom if it's a live draft ... you can strategize a lot better ...

batum is a steal ... he will help you in all categories ...

10 team league. I prefer deeper leagues, so this is def not my favorite league. I'm in MLB and NFL dynasty leagues. We have 35 active MLB spots and 18 NFL spots...not including minor league and college fb rosters as farm systems (we have separate drafts for cfb and minor league players...it is awesome). Anyone can win these shallow lwagues where all teams start all star rosters.

Anyway, I like my NBA squad. We will see how the season plays out. no hockey so unfortunately I will probably be watching a lot more nba than usual

I've got high hopes for Favors, Burks, Hayward, and Kanter this year.

Kanter had a hell of a pre-season. If he carries it into the regular season and remains consistent, that might be Al's ticket to another team.

    Let the games begin.

Yeah, I'm not ready for basketball just yet. The fact the D-Rose is out until late in the season at the earliest has really tempered my enthusiasm for the NBA.

Looking forward to some bulls games. I think they still have top four potential in the east

How about the 51 million Isiah blew on Jerome Williams, Maurice Taylor, Dan Dickau & Stephon Marbury for seasons in which they did not play for my beloved Knicks.
As great of a player Deke was, what a colossal pile of poo he's been in literally every other part of an NBA arena/lockeroom
(And good riddance Curry - lets see how long he lasts on the Mavs - most unfair gaining of a championship ring since Melky Cabrera on this years SF Giants)
