Barea doesn't deserve it, they should skip straight to suspension for Sloan for that effort. Be interesting to see how they differentiate between selling a charge and flopping. From that Barea call looks like there's gonna be some serious bullshit.

well ... when i watch the video and freeze it as frame by frame as i can get it ... it's pretty obvious the jimmer didn't hit him in the head and he snaps it back ... i would say its for sure embellishment ...

Matt Bonner had a definite flop in their loss to the Spurs as well.

Are NBA players really concerned about a fine? :?

i dunno if the fines are a big deal but it could lead into a suspension and i would think it's gotta be embarrassing for them to be called that on the nba website with video evidence ...

Good point. I would argue that they should be embarrassed even without the evidence. The fact that it's in their game is bad enough. I do not accept the assertion that flopping is now "a part of the game".

apparently, the new look lakers aren't that different from the old look lakers......when behind, get out of the way and let kobe try to do it single-handedly.

    FTL.

I like the "FTL" acronym. I'm running with it. #FTL.

God that game was great to watch. Frustrated Lakers and all the disappointed Utah Laker fans. Beautiful.

    Fuck the Lakers.

With the Laker move he is often compared to Shaq, especially at the foul line. Shaq had a horrible foul shot from every angle. Dwight at least has the stroke, right positioning of his hands on the ball, etc... why he only shoots 59% or less is beyond me. Something mental I suppose. But, as far as I am concerned, keep sucking it up Dwight.
