perhaps i was wrong about Dallas.....

Dirk had a monster game. wow. only 15 FG's attempted to get 48 points. wow.
One more thing to add: Dirk didn't shoot any 3's at all, which makes it even crazier.

12 of 15 from the floor and 24 for 24 from teh line.

that's crazy....i think the annoucer said during the game he was fouled by 10 different OKC players.
 Sportscenter this morning showed a list of, I think, 7 players who fouled him yesterday 16 times. One guy had 5 fouls alone.

He's just a cover up for Barea. You think you actually have to worry about Kidd, due to his street cred. But then Barea burns you for 21 off the bench. They never saw it coming.

    Go Bulls.

I hear Lebron is sick? This could be scary or an early excuse. Not sure which one yet, hopefully an early excuse.
I am lost, I'm no guide, but I'm by your side

Finally...haha. It looks like the Bulls are better overall, but I hate when the NBA arbitrarily picks a guy and names him a defensive "stopper" then allows him to maim his opponent with no recourse. (See: Bowen, Bruce, Artest, Ron, and Deng, Luol).

He's a defensive stopper now so he's allowed to grab Lebron's arm forcing him to lose his dribble leading to a turnover, but no foul is called. The legend begins now... Although I have seen about a play a night where Bron gets his arm barred with no call so maybe I just happened to watch at that moment when Deng did it.

I just want to know if the bulls coach was wearing his cell phone on his belt. I could have sworn I saw that. If it's true he automatically becomes the biggest turd in the NBA.

Please tell me someone else saw this

There's something about Chris Broussard that annoys me. Is it just me or does anyone feel this way?

not really....they didn't shoot all that great in game 1, just hit a few more 3's and hit their ft's at the line.

I still think the Bulls can win the series. they have the better defense and are more balanced. just need to shoot average vs. last night's brick building

I'm not sure about the actual stats. But I'm sure Rose's FG% was better in game one and the Bulls bench scored better in game one.

This is why I really don't like the NBA Playoffs. It drags on too long. Luckily the Dallas series is every other day.

Bulls shot 341 in game 2 and 615 from the line

    game 1 was 437 and 850

437 is great, but if they shoot any where close to that they win. if they hit their ft's, they are right there at the end.

miami did play better D in game 2, but bulls also missed a bunch of shots that they normally make, including a number of close in shots. Rose was off, but so was everybody.

    Rose was 7-23
    Deng was 5-15
    Boozer was 3-10

miami aslo did a better job of rebounding, which limited second chance points. they also did a much better job of passing the ball.

I expect more close slugfest games like yesterday......unless the bulls get hot from the field

As much as I'd like to see the Bulls win the series I don't think they will win another game.
