That's a shame that Virgil passed. He was pretty young. One of my favorite WWF moments as a kid was him beat DiBiase at Summerslam '91 with Piper on commentary supporting him.

I think that the greatest ever is Kurt Angle.  I thought from the day he walked on, he knocked it out of the park.  Great character, great on the Mic, brought a ton of heat, was the best technical wrestler, took plenty of bumps, great matches, etc.

Yeah he was great. And you can tell all the other wrestlers respected the hell out of him because he has a lot of submission victories over guys who rarely (if ever) lost by submission. Including....

    Lesnar
    Hogan
    Austin
    Cena
    Michaels
    Undertaker

Hell i loved Leaping Lenny Paffo, lol.

Bushwhackers I adored.  Them licking people in the crowd and stuff, lol.
    The Road Warriors and Demolition.
Jake the Snake was fun, Steamboat, Dino Bravo, George the Animal.

There was a lot of creativity in the 80's.

    in no particular order

    1. Stone Cold
    2. Rock
    3. Bret Hart
    4. Mr. Perfect
    5. Undertaker (first era)
    6. Jake Roberts
    7. Road Warriors
    8. Michael PS Hayes
    9. Scott Hall (Razor years and on)
    10. Macho Man

Obviously Hogan gets an honorable mention as my original #1. I was 10 when I saw him against Mr Wunderful. He was god. But as I grew older, grew out of it. Him turning heel was probably the biggest moment in wrestling history though.

The insane buildup that WWF used to do with new talent. I remember those vignettes of DiBiase, Mr Perfect, and Razor Ramon literally going on for MONTHS before they debuted.

honestly, I always thought it must be kinda scary for the other wrestler. could easily go wrong. he would go especially hard on the jobbers.

his feud with Jake Roberts was pretty awesome! Thought it was funny when Rude put a likeness picture of Jake's wife, Cheryl, on his wrestling tights
Rasslin History 101 on X Ravishing Rick Ruderocking the Cheryl Roberts tights back in 1988thats one of the qualities that made Rick Rude such an effective rulebreaker to mehe had no fear

Raw last night was probably the best raw in like a decade or more!!

Rock is just on a different level

    amazing!!

love reigns but it seems rock is the true end of the story now and reigns just a chapter.

the final boss character is truely something special

Yeah that was probably their best show in a long time/ I think I'm going to try and find a reasonable cheap ticket on stubhub or somewhere for both Wrestlemania nights.

I was never really a fan of hers. She was my least favorite out of the four horsewomen.
    AEW needs MJF back ASAP!

Anyone watch the Bray Wyatt documentary on Peacock? Pretty cool behind the scenes footage and also very emotional. The Undertaker narrated it, Bo Dallas was obviously shown a lot as well. I'm thinking him and Alexa Bliss might return on the RAW after Mania.

    My Wrestlemania XL predictions.

    Night one:
    Rhea Ripley over Becky Lynch
Awesome Truth and DIY win (each one wins a separate belt) Could possibly see New Catch Republic win as well
Dominik Mysterio and Santos Escobar beat Rey Mysterio and Andrade (Carlito turns on Rey)
Jey Uso beats Jimmy Uso (Tama Tonga helps by neutralizing Solo Sikoa)
Jade Cargil, Bianca Belair and Naomi beat Damage CTRL
Sami Zayn beats Gunther (this one is tough to call, Chad Gable is either gonna help Sami or screw him over)
The Rock and Roman Reigns beat Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins

    Night Two:
Drew McIntyre beats Seth Rollins (I think Damian Priest cashes in afterwards though)
Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits beat Karion Kross and AOP (could go wither way, this might be the bathroom break match)
    LA Knight beats AJ Styles
Logan Paukl beats Randy Orton and Kevin Owens
    Bayley beats Iyo Sky
Cody Rhodes beats Roman Reigns to finally finish his story
