Way over $100 per day. One PJ show now by themselves is pushing $100. I am thinking closer to $400 mark per person like VIP Bonaroo prices are.
I do not see that happening. But I guess it depends on what the "weekend party" actually offers up.
Could it be the "super deluxe" PJ concert. Ugh.

I've seen it happening the day they announced it. Especially if it was a place that had seats. You can get away with not doing it at a larger GA facility, but with only around 9000 seats it has to be done and will be done especially if other big name acts are there. Believe what you want and how friendly they are with these people, they aren't performing for free especially when they don't have to.

I wouldn't suggest putting the cart before the horse, and I'm one of the fortunate ones that lives relatively close to Alpine, but for those interested...

Oh you weren't aware that the OP is a true PJ Insider? I think he/she is friends with Stone's best friend's sister's hair stylist.

I never said it was going to be at Chicagoland Speedway. I said that would be the best place if it was going to be a Bonaroo like festival because it can occupy RV's has plenty of seating and has more than enough land to have everyone there and is close enough to the city if people wanted to stay there.

I said if there are other big name acts the prices of the seated are aren't going to be normal PJ $80 per night prices and would be closer to the $400 per person Bonaroo VIP(which would include camping) prices because these other big acts aren't playing for free and there aren't as many people.

At least I give you credit for having the ignorance enough to resort to lying to other members about what I said. It takes true genius to pull that off. you must be real proud of yourself.

I apoligize. I couldn't really say which would be better 'cause I've never stayed at either. Alpine Valley Resort is basically on the same piece of property as the ampitheatre. The Country Inn is just across the highway.

Here's another one that's about 10 mins south on I43. Seems to have a little cheaper rates.

I don't want to get into this with you, because it will be a waste of effort. All i know is that you've been telling people they weren't going to be able to afford this thing for months now. You proceed to rip on the OP for not spilling his sources, saying that you don't believe it, yet you say things with no proof about pricing, seniority, camping, etc. And i'm not saying you are wrong. You might be right. But getting negative ALL THE TIME is just old and annoying.

Bottom line is we have no idea how much this is gonna cost. There might be camping, but a lot of times Alpine doesnt allow camping. Probably will be seniority, but might not. I've been to GA shows there. Seats can be removed. So we have much to lean still. What we do know is that the OP has a reputation for getting stuff right, and you have a reputation for crapping all over people's posts.
