    Nope.

Tastes are funny- I'd say the same of REM.

Foo Fighters have no garbage. REM has a good chunk of garbage. I was subjected to them in university where they were one of my roommate's go-to bands. I cannot recall one moment where I was rocking out and REM filled the room inspiring me to greater joy. Most of the time they were a buzz kill for me.
One of the better shows Rogers arena has had this year!
    Everybody was rocking!
    I agree with that!

Amazing show at the Gorge on Saturday.
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

Thanks for the heads up. Picked one up. Looks like they're copying the Fukubox concept.

i picked one up as well. I mean for $30 for at least 3 shirts it's not a huge risk. Plus mystery sales are exciting lol. Only reason I didn't do the PJ mystery box is the price was just too much. I'm not as much of a foo fan as a pj fan but they seem to have pretty cool shirt designs

late to the thread... amazing read... I'm from Argentina, never been abroad to a show, last Jan was the second visit of the foos, I couldn't make it to the first, so everything was new to me, I had a blast, even with the sonic highways songs of which I wasn't quite familiar at the time, and dave's gags, jokes and his interrupting the songs for no aparent reason was real fun too, and they played Johnny Park, my all time fav of the foos...

on an unrelated note, I need your help: I won sonic highways vinyl on a radio show here, I want to redeem the download code but the offer is for US and Canada only, is there a way to come round that? I have time until nov 10th, thanks

quote myself in order to get help bump

You could give someone in the us the code - they download and post to Dropbox - you download

thanks, jamburger helped me in other way, but with the same result, though I might say I didn't think of that, so, I will keep the card but I will give away the code for the first US/CANADA resident who picks it up, but hey, if you already have it to some who doesn't, but at this point, who hasn't? Well, the code is... 2ELZAXZCUU2F5DBA

Dave singing the O'Reilly Auto Parts store jingle...a lot
    Taylor's Stewart Copeland drum fills
    Dave's Throne
    Perry Ferrell
Pretty sure I lost some hearing in my right ear

  • Have GA pit tickets for San Diego and wondering which position on the rail is best. How often does Dave's Throne roll to the front? any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

When he's mobile center or Chris side is best.On throne, with the boardwalk stage center/right.Right in the corner if you can handle not leaving the rail for 6 hrs.

Foo's have added a countdown clock on their website. Interesting to see what's it about. On their forums folks are speculating of tour announcements, Sonic Highways 2 and new music releases...

My initial thought when I saw the clock was "Sweet, they are doing Sonic Highways 2!" I would say there is an 80% chance of that, since Dave already expressed that that was his intention.

An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force. PJ - at rest Foos = in motion
